Hotel Best Inn

Recently visited Utter disappointment. They will charge you with extra money no matter what... They wont listen to oyo staffs or respond to their calls. Charged me for deluxe room, and then gave me a classic room which was very small Bad rooms, even bad washroom, no wifi, no tv,no telephone to call the reception, no inhouse dining, receptionist is even more inappropriate.. When asked to give a receipt for extra charges.. He denied Better to stay in railway station or airport than in this hotel.

Best hotel at a very nice location... The staffs are very polite and helpful.... You will not face any type of problems and the room are well cleaned and beautiful... Highly recommend... Nice experience

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. This is the first hotel I have seen in my life time where payment should be made mandatorily during check in. In service I will give 0 number. The receptionist was the most irritating person behaving in a totally unprofessional way. I repeatedly asked them to change the bedsheet as it was used by previous guest and also provide a fresh towel. But they didn't even desired to listen. The receptionist was arguing that they will only change the bedsheet once it is dirty, it doesn't matter whether that one is used one. Also when ordered for food at first he told that food will be delivered within in 10-15 mins but even after waiting for 45 mins when food was not delivered, he told that there restaurant will start at 10pm. The receptionist should correct his behaviour. I would highly recommend to avoid booking this hotel.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing. The reception staff changed frequently and did not stay updated about the guests. This led to a rude and misogynistic encounter with a staff member, who could have handled the miscommunication more calmly and professionally. The same staff was seen misbehaving with several other guests. We were also repeatedly asked for our room number whenever we passed the reception, which became quite annoying. Our initial room had bed bugs, and although we were moved to a different room, basic cleaning was only done before we first entered and not again during our 3-day stay. Overall, the service quality needs significant improvement.
