OYO Flagship Hotel Elite Inn

I stay here on 21 May to 22 May. Worst experience. I have booked the hotel in 650 AC room but they said that AC room will get in 1000/- rs .. And they said there is 1AC room and that too booked. They gave NON AC room in 800/- and also asking for 100/- more. The room was so Dirty, The Besin was broken..and the mosquito was so much there that I haven't slept for the whole night. Worst experience. The electricity was also went off in night for 2 hours. Please please don't stay here please.. It's my request to all of you ❤️🙏

The price of the hotel is good but the service is very poor. We stayed for 5 days, the room was not cleaned even once, when we complained, they said it would be done the next day but no, the bed sheet given had blood in it, such a poor hotel. I strongly recommend everyone if you need cheap hotel please don't go here hotel elite inn. Also this hotel very far from city station airport market. There is no safety in this hotel when i check in first I open my hidden cam application and checking there 2 place have there micro cam.

This is a scam hotel... The rooms are absolute nightmare.. Bathrooms are shabby and not cleaned for years And they charge 1k for those shabby rooms. They only want money and don't have a slightest remark about the guest staying here The biggest downsizing factor is this is located above a kindergarden school and also the owner is really stubborn and has absolutely no manners... Very unprofessional behavior Staff were very confused Horrible stay Please don't stay here this place is a nightmare Even the public toilets are more hygienic than these rooms

We goes through OYO. During check in time they said from oyo not accept, due to payment from oyo is very low as compared to their ac room tariff. But at last we said that we came here for treatment in Aiims then owner accept our booking. I faced many times this issue from OYO & others online platforms booking. So please think once before booking. Reception staff discussed over call to owner not even shows rooms whatever u from oyo or others. They take ur original id and when u checkout they return, I didn’t face this experience ever.

Hotel mantis corrupted. They didn't give you online booked room They want extra money. Worst hotel. Bad experience. Not recommended.
