Room was neat and clean, staffs behaviour was so polite. Service was also good. Everything of the room was in working condition. Calm surroundings, feels so peaceful. Just one thing disappointed me too much was no lift facility available. It's 3 storey building with no lift. Tv was also working but if you want to use then you have to using your hotspot or wifi. They provided wifi but that couldn't connected properly.

Stayed at Welcome Inn recently and was impressed by their service and location. The staff accommodated my request for wifi connectivity without hesitation. Additionally, DN Regalia Maal is within walking distance, making it convenient for exploration. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay with great service.

One of worst hotel near DN Regalia mall, staff is very rude because we have booked through OYO ROOMS. Night reception person is so arrogant. Even after 10:00 PM, They were not picking any phone calls. while discussing at hotel, he doesn't care about your booking. he has almost damaging the reputation of the hotel due to rude behaviour of staff and poor hospitality. We have ordered the breakfast at 8:00 AM and they have given the same after 9:30 AM.

I personally don’t even want to give 1star to this pathetic property. Person who attended us was so f@cking rude. I booked a room here for 2nights. Someone from hotel called me and CONFIRMED with me whether I am coming or not. After we reached here this aggressive and rude person did not allowed us to checkin. We waited for 1hr outside. We called oyo customer service I MUST SAY one of the most PATHETIC AND USELESS services they provide. They kept us on hold for 40mins and mind you I called them from 4 different phones. This is straight up ridiculous. People who attended us from customer service were Rahul and Aryan subojeet forgot the very first person name.

Don't know how he even gets appointed in the place. very very bad behavior by manager. dear , Property owner [ Let Teach your Property manager , Teach him some hospitality etiquette or ask him to learn from the receptionist ] OYO Flagship 77118 Balgopal Guest House property manager denied to enter us to his hotel , property manager told me that ,they stop OYO booking. immediately , i called OYO customer care , they trying to call property managers , but they didn't receive the phone call by OYO customer care executive , OYO's executive , trying several other hotels but he fails. i & my family from kolkata, with a car , i lost times / days , i loss money [ car petrol , fooding other traveling expenses ] , but i can't not forget harassment by Property manager. thatswhy , i wanting very very big pinishment for main culprit or conspirator. please , "goibibo.com" refund my money to my account with compensation within 7days , if not doing this , i will file a case or register Consumer Complaint [Consumer Court of India]. 1. Property manager lotan mohapatra & another person told me there is no room everyone sold today. [NOTE:- lotan mohapatra & another person (he don’t wanting to told his name )] 2. On same day on phone conversation Property owner told me there is room but if you paying extra amounts. 3. I asked to property manager for using bathroom for 5 minutes for my 10 years old girl & my wife , but they denied and very badly behaved likely we are beggars. i want very very big punishment for those harassers.
