Space in the rooms are good, Smoking are allowed which makes this place not suitable for family and feels smelly in the corridor. During my stay i found insects inside the rooms as well as on the beds. Feels bedsheets not changed after checkouts. Bachelor's can stay in cheap price not recommended for family.

Excellent Budget Stay Near Bhubaneswar Railway Station Best choice for budget travelers! Hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms at very reasonable prices. The attached restaurant serves delicious food, and the service is exceptionally good - staff are polite and attentive. Lift facility is available, which is very helpful. The location is also a big plus - just around 1 km from Bhubaneswar Railway Station. Overall, a great stay experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent by all means. Value for money. Friendly staff with smile on their faces. Special credit to all the hardworking staff who are extending their best efforts to keep the guests comfortable and feel at home. The quality of food served deserves special mention.

"My experience at Triple Tree Hotel and Resorts was disappointing in terms of service. The check-in process was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. Room service took too long, and several requests were ignored. Cleanliness was also below expectations, and amenities were not well-maintained. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve guest satisfaction." Very disappointed with the management at Triple Tree Hotel and Resort. The overall service and hospitality were far below expectations. The management was not responsive or cooperative, and there was a clear lack of professionalism in handling guest concerns. A hotel with such potential should focus more on customer satisfaction and proper management training. Not recommended until they improve their service quality.

I booked deluxe room for four nights at this hotel with complimentary breakfast. Room is big but bathroom is tiny compared to the room and bathroom has old style toiletries, bathroom is not upto the standard. Worst part is 1- in this hotel one cup of tea is not even included in the compliementary breakfast. One cup of tea is chargeable @ Rs. 37 including taxes !! I travel across the country and stay in different chain hotels. Every where complimentary breakfast includes one cup of tea. 2- Hotel staffs are incompetent and security asked for huge amount of free commission/bribes at the time of check out which is not acceptable. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel.

The worst room service in the town... Rooms are smelly , dirty, beds, pillows, sheets are also used before. Toilet was too dirty... Ac not working.. Too bad room service...

We stayed in 101. There are extreme bed bugs in this hotel. The management is aware and doesn’t even care about the same. Never opt for this hotel.
