FabHotel Pentagon - Hotel Near Bhubaneswar Railway Station, Bhubaneswar

Bathroom was very bad. Water outlet was choked and flush was not working. I stayed on rooms 101 and 302 on 18th Feb. It was only a business stay so I didn't bother pushing the staff to fix it but I certainly did complain. No resolution though. Initially was given 101, bathroom was choked. Post complaining, they moved me to 302, but that room had flush not working and bathroom choking issues both. Lol. Rooms are good though. And staff was extremely professional as well. Just bad bathrooms.

The original room assigned to us has a design fault in all the bathrooms of that type. The shower area is higher than rest of the bathroom...so you have step through dirty water after having a shower...major issue that requires correction in many many rooms...hotel managment to be informed of same. However hotel staff were very kind to move us into a bigger that had no issues...at no cost to us....thanks a lot for this gesture of great service...

Very bad experience We were on a educational trip with 40+ students and they don’t even manage or arrange our booked room. After long journey they made us to arrange or manage by ourselves. Rooms were also ok ok and not completed

On 26th March stayed on MAP plan with our students group. We entered at 6 pm, but Rooms completed after two hours on repeated asking. (Towels, toileteries and Tea coffee replenishment etc.) more than 1 inch gap between both mattresses on Bed. There was no proper cutlery in the restaurant. Plastic spoons and paper cups for sambar & Dal given at dinner and breakfast. Food was not tasty. Very bad & sad experience. No proper responce on reception counter.

No AC is working properly in room and restaurant as well. Very poor service. Bathroom was not at all clean. Hygiene is not maintained. Stay in this hotel is not at all recommended.

The deluxe room was quite comfortable for a two nights' stay of four people. The location was pretty convenient. The room was clean. Service wasn't impressive but fairly satisfactory. Food, such as beverages of tea and coffee, were often served cold. Many items from the menu were not available as well. The staff behaviour was good. All in all, a pleasant stay.
