We had a excellent stay at Urban Boutique. I was in bbsr for all my wedding events and had booked UB for stay of my relatives. UB had also arranged for lunch and bf for all the people. The facilities were nice and the service was very prompt. The food was very tasty specially the fish besara. Special mention to Reeta mam who was prompt at every request of mine. Also Kamakya babu who took special care to organize everything perfectly. Kudos for doing all arrangement nicely.

The hotel receptionist was a little impolite. He insisted us to give the entire rent for the stay in advance that too in cash. I told him that I would pay through the online payment options available in oyo app ; but he immediately denied it and forced me to pay in cash. Apart from this our stay good.

It was a nice budgeted hotel. Clean rooms except bedsheet. Near by main road & railway station ..Nice kitchen team. Ok food .manager could have been little more polite when answered or handling guest issues .

Worst service ever experienced. Cleanliness below average. No water heater in working condition. We check out next morning and shifted to another hotel.

Bad experience, dirty room and washroom, stained bed linen, Oyo said it would provide complimentary breakfast, but they don't, after rounds of discussion they refunded. Hotel is fraud

The staff is very rude and their management system is broken. We booked them online but on reaching the spot no room was available. I would suggest not to stay here.

First of all the lady on reception is very familiar and cooperative. Rooms are fabulous and staffs have well mannered and also they are very neat n clean.
