So it's been 10 days here and the days just passed so quickly that I can't imagined.Overall everything here was awesome. The setting, the background, was elegant and beautiful. The staff was co-perative and made us comfortable from the very beginning. Gym area, pool they have beautifully made, talking about our rooms ,we have been provided with such an attractive room ....all the arrangements have been done properly even the simplest nd the smallest one that made me feel happy. Talking about the dining hall, food was delicious overall they have many cuisines nd the food quality is excellent. Specially ur staff Monika, Nanthoee, Shradha both rupali mam they are very co operative with us and they were always on time when it comes to serving the food on time. At front door, debeshori and lesnaa mam are very nice and their gesture was simply very positive towards our whole team. Nice hotel located centrally and near the NH16 Well-maintained cheerful staff and good ambience Rooms are large but bathrooms are a little small. Water pressure in shower is very low and that's about the only negative I can think about in the room Very nice touch to give a jar of complimentary cookies Eco friendly hotel The restaurant breakfast also is good variety but not too much. Service staff attentive and orders delivered fast A decent value for money hotel for a short business trip to Bhubaneshwar

The staff was really amazing |Binodini from housekeeping especially was really great!|The restaurant staff and food were really good as well. The rooms and the surroundings are very clean. Would highly recommend it to fellow travelers. Great work

I would like say that the overall experience was wonderful in Orchid for 2days. Very amazing service provided by F&B staff Ms. Rupali. Fantastic customer service ssistance provided by her. Thankyou so much for putting and heart in serving everyone. It’s not what she has done for it’s what her nature for which I felt to share this experience with you’ll. She always on her toes to assist everyone. Hope you have more staff like Rupali♥️

My first training was conducted in ira by orchid bhubbaneswar…ira by orchid is the bedt hotel for there hospitality….food was very good and very very delicious…|||kichen staffs are amazing they made amazing food for us…soecial thanjs to Ganesh chef ,he was asking about the food and taste of the food..i personally impressed by him.

Great cleaning service and good food. Everyday house keeping service comes to check if the rooms and to to be done and pillows, blankets and sheets are made. The wash room items are also replaced such as towels, toilet paper, toothbrush and toothpaste.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ira by Orchid in Bhubaneswar and had a generally pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located within the city, making it easy to access local attractions and transport options. However, I found the à la carte menu to be quite expensive, especially considering the quantity of the dishes. While the taste was excellent, the pricing seemed a bit steep for what was offered. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, and I felt there was room for improvement in both variety and service. One area that could use attention is staff training, as I noticed some gaps in service efficiency. With a bit more polish, the overall experience at this hotel could be greatly enhanced. Despite these minor shortcomings, I would still recommend Hotel Ira for its comfortable rooms and convenient location.

Room No--112|Excellent food ..rooms are near and clean.. conference hall was good.|Location is s very good.staffs are very good and very friendly.||I would highly recommended to all to visit and stay to at IRA by orchid...it is a chain hotel and best hospitality in the world.
