It might be average for Long-term stay . But not recommended for short-term booking like For AIIMS TREATMENT, Or visiting purpose.Very unprofessional Management. No powerbackup, no Room clining service, broken bed, all staff are "Chapri" but they will charge you more than Well decorated OYO . They charged 3k non AC 2bhk for two days . WHERE We can get 2500 with AC and more professional services.. AVOID THE PLACE IF YOU LOOKING FOR SHORT TERM BOOKING.

Hotel with premises was very good. If someone worry about food, then dont worry, their kitchen part is very responsive, provided food according to your need specially for patient with reasonable price and with good service. I stayed with my family, didn't need to check any other option after reach. But hotel's room service staffs are horrible apart from kitchen part.

I thought Staffs are from Russia, as they never smiled, Always busy with mobile. I stood 5 days there, they never cleaned my room.. No cleanliness. Here and there chips packets are lying. One thing is good, it’s surrounded by greenary. Paid Rs 700 per day... But they failed to give me money receipt or BILL. Yes! They never smiled. WORST hotel/lodge till now of my life.

Good stay at this property. You will feel as if your are in home. 1km away from AIIMS, 80 rupees ride to AIIMS from this property. Their Kitchen is super fine. Need to improve a bit professionalism of their staff

I have stayed in this place for 10 days so I can give you true review. 1. Near to AIIMS 1km 2. Safe and secure 3. Neat room's 4. Owner himself is manager and he is helpful and proficient in English, Hindi. 5. Transportation is available at low cost 6. Cctv surveillance I recommend this rest house for safe and comfortable stay.

First of all his owner is writing all the 5 star given reviews so don't go on this rating. The owner is giving ratings himself from customers phone. This happened to me, he borrowed my phone and gave 5 star review. So I am rewriting this review by myself. Good but not so good rooms. You can buy food cooked by them or tell them to bring from outside. Bathrooms are small.

Staying here is very comfortable. Home cooked food and clean rooms meet all your requirements. Transportation is available 24 x7. Every one around is helpful. We recommend others to experience the difference of this place bid a vis others.

Actually the owner is a unique piece,had never ever🙄.when u go there he will must take Ur phone or pretend to give a five star ratings of his own.when i'm there some people are staying at a less price as compair with better facilities and it's a true fact,I had experienced.Again when I denied the same owner is quite arrogant at the same time. So I don't like this staying facilities at all🙄 Wait... Wait..... The best part is that here the food serving is of typical Odia style😋 Really like it and will give a 5 🌟 to all the cooking staff and the delicious items made by them👍 And Here is a thumps up 👍
