Nice hotel. Pros: -Clean, Nice and big rooms. Clean and big bathroom with gyeser. -Food is excellent but ask to be prepared by the regular cook as every dish by the regular Chef was YUMMY... -Friendly & eager to help staff... Cons: -No lift -Limited car parking space -Food (check out when ordering if the regular Chef is available. If not then do not order fancy...)

Parked our 26 seater infront of the hotel। Pritam Hi Life is on the road - easy accessible। Reception with cozy sofa sitting arrangements। Friendly staffs। We got 1st floor rooms। Good enough। Toiletries supplied but towels need to change। They were used by at least 100 guests. Food and room service is up to the mark। Still nothing special। Like a normal standard hotel। Value wise good।

My fav hotel since 2012. I never thought of reviewing this as I feel this is like home to me. All staff are well behaved, nice gentlemen specially Mr. Sudeep. I like that person gesture and kind behaviour. Such a humble staff here.

Rooms are small, bathroom flush did not work, Gyser also did not work, bedsheets had blood stains horrible condition. Asked to provide extra bed, they said not possible. About food I had ordered sandwich, it was good untill i found ants in it. Ordered omelete again that was ok untill i found hair strand in it. Felt disgusted afterwards so left the food without having it. I would not recommend as I personally had bad experience.

Location at the middle of the market. Spacious rooms at reasonable price. Service is very good. People are very nice. The hotel restaurant food items we liked the most. We had pulao and paneer butter masala.

1.Value for money- The amount it ask on desk is OK with respect to the location, but if you book online then it may be great deal to steal. 2.Location- Centrally located, less than 1-Km from keonjhar bus stand. But as it is very near to NH, at night you may find truck horns disturbing. 3.Service Quality- service is OK, Food at restaurant is freshly prepared after order. Room service is too very good. Rates of food are bit higher. But kinda of for a decent hotel.Hotel staffs are very nice and co-operative. 4.Amenities- I was very impressed with WiFi connectivity of hotel, it was awesome. 6.Cleanliness- Hotel is very clean and nicely maintained. Clean Bed, Bathroom and Toilet which are mine and many of travellers 1st preference. as hotel was bit old so the bath tub was bit creepy, else everything was awesome. I can say a well maintained hotel.

Food is Worst They serve Full Rotten Foods by Heating them only. Nothing is Fresh, Mixed Veg, Chilly Paneer, Puri Sabji all are given from the Fridge by just heating them. My whole Family is suffering from Vomiting & Loose Motion problem after consuming there Restuarant Food. I dont recommend any of you to eat at this Restuarant or stay in this hotel.

Worst ever experience there. No room service, and the worst ever behaviour from reception when asked for even a water bottle. The staff are well bad mouth.
