Hotel Ankita

It's completely scam, On the basis of the outlook what I assumed was completely opposite. Very small room, no wi-fi, damp smelling blanket, worst room service. It seems to me those who doesn't aware about this hotel comes here, otherwise nobody will be wish to come here second time. There was nobody at night to provide another blanket or mosquito liquid or water bottle. At restaurant there was two bread for only two of us. Even after ten minutes of request catchup has been provided. This much of worst service I experienced first time ever.

Worst ever service. No hand wash or soap to clean, no water to drink. Water bottle provided was charged double the MRP. Rude owner

Pros : 1. Great food. 2. Ambience of Restaurant is good. 3. Staff is polite and helpful. 4. Rooms okay. Cons : 1. Overpriced rooms. Suite costs Rs.3300 per day but it does not look like a Suite. 2. Bathroom needs to be cleaner. 3. Phone inside the room does not work. 4. Wifi does not reach the 1st Floor. 5. TV and Fridge are connected to same point. So if TV is on, then Fridge is off.

The food is quite good. The texture and consistency of food is great. Even the thali items had great taste. The only problem was the hotel was not having a proper toilet for the restaurant and it had a back toilet that I think was used by staffers, which can be used by eaters.

Unprofessional to the core. Everything about the hotel was predictably disappointing. The property does not need any managers or employees as none of them are doing any real work. Right from doorkeys to toothpick, they were seeking owners consent. Best is the owner should only occupy the property not the guests.

Its very bad as a restaurant. Price is high compare to other restaurants in keonjhar. Quantity is very poor. Quality is awww.. and the mostly behaviour of serving staff is very pathetic. Like quarreling, putting you down. And no online or card payment. Only cash. 👎

I had ordered for Boneless Chicken Manchurian at Hotel Ankita today, 16th June during dinner for takeaway. I was quite disappointed to see all chicken pieces with bones and garlic throughout in the dish. It seems Garlic Chicken. Also, chicken pieces were so much with bones, rarely found chicken and they had charged high price at Rs.142 for this dish. The quantity is below expectation. I had called to their mobile phone multiple times to replace with boneless, but no-one picked the call. It spoilt my dinner. Never second time visit to this restaurant.
