Everything was worst rooms were full of cockroach and centipede. There was issue of proper lighting , ventilation. This is not a hotel it is a family house turned into a lodge and they called it a hotel. Their staff is nonsense, everyone was drunken And the worst part is their customers are brought up by auto drivers who get 40% commission per person.

Don't go !!!!!! Worst Worst Worst !!!!!! Experience. I stayed for one night with family booked 1 room with two king size beds , the scenario they show from outside is completely opposite in the interior. Cockroaches, Spiderwebs, broken bathroom door, broken cupboard (while we opened it fell into my son's head) the bottom of the cupboard and dressing table has got damaged and smelling like something uneasy. In the basin you wash, the water comes directly to your leg only. The beds were repaired and everywhere in the room there is sand all over.The bed covers and pillow covers were not washed since many time the white cover has become black. Very dirty room. Now comes the management committee , they are kids on the back they make fun of customers. Means very bad behaviour. While we asked Owner phone number they refused and said he is busy but we told we will call afterwards but they didn't give us the number. The next day we met the owner and told about the incident then he told us please don't tell like that we will lose our customer and provided us with a new room.

If you've gotten a room upstairs then it's a little difficult to go out and in all the time since lift isn't available (right now atleast). That aside, hygienic toilets and nice spacious rooms are available at nice prices!

Worst experience I have ever faced. The room was completely worse, water from the wall was completely sucked into the ground. The receptionist is so arrogant and doesn't have a single amount of manner of dealing with a customer. While taking they will agree with your requirements but later they will deny accepting those words. No room cleaning facilities oops you will have to stay like that till the date you're gonna stay. No food service. There are many things which you hate actually. At the end I'm not gonna suggest to stay anyone better there are loads of hotels available close to that you better try that. The room rent is too expensive.

Such a pathetic stay. I came to this place unlucky. The receptionist is the worst fellow I ever meet in my life. Hotel staff means small kids, they don't have house keeping staff. They provide rotten blankets. The bathroom taps are broken. The room is full of cockroaches. I strongly recommend you all please don't come to this property, they are money-minded people.

I am reviewing this OYO hotel based on my personal experience. I suggest everyone not to visit and stay here, reasons are the followings : 1. It is costly, they charge me ₹1000/day. One can easily find better hotels than this at cheaper price in its neighbourhood. 2. Room service quality is the worst I had ever experienced. 3. Rooms are not well cleaned and the walls are damped. 4. They did not change the bedsheets and used the previous ones. I requested to change it but they did not change it. 5. I stayed there for 3 days and they clean the room once but did not clean the bathroom after several requests. 6. The door locks are broken or partially damaged. 7. You will find friends in mice. Mice disturbed me at nights. I could not sleep well. 8. They did not provide clean and purified water, instead they deliberately used normal tap water for drinking purposes. It is a serious health hazard to cause illness. 9. Last but not the least, you will find earthworms inside bathrooms. They don't care about customer satisfaction. Don't fall prey to them. You can easily find good hotels. There is a suggestion for OYO to delist them, otherwise it will impact OYO's reputation and brand value.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days . Worst decision ever. Room service is at minus - . Not a single thing is good about this hotel . Prices is very high . I paid 8000 for 2days . And they took 8000 cash in advance. Poor room service . No food facility , the washroom is also very dirty . No chair , no tv no telephone in the room . Never ever dare to come in this hotel . I want to give 0 star to this disgusting hotel . Even animal also can't stay in this disgusting hotel . Don't maki mistake .its my advice .

1)I had stayed for 4 days in this hotel and had one room allocated on ground floor. Let me write what I saw there. 2)This hotel is big and has spacious room but it's not maintained well. 3)Rooms wallpapers are in torn states, mattresses are old and has bad condition. 4) You can see cockroaches roaming here and there. 5) Dusts falls from ceiling. 6) Almirahs, cupboards and small tables are never cleaned it was full of dust. 7)Toilets doors were in damaged conditions and it was not even clean. 8) Room service is also not up to mark, you will have to call them to do daily cleanup of rooms also and in that also they did half cleaning. 9) They have restaurant service available, rates were reasonable but they take an hour time for orders other then thali. 10) Bedsheets are changed once in two days and fine will be levied if you lost key. 11) It's located 100meters from Puri beach. 12) If they start maintaining their rooms and improve room service it could become one of the best hotels. 13) Price 1000rs per day for non ac room is ok, you can easily find cheaper rooms then this around this hotel but they can be little small in space. 14) Lord Jagannath temple is located around 4km from here and auto fare is 100rs.
