The first advice I can give you is to walk-in, check the room and amenities and then decide if you want to stay. Rooms are basic but kept clean and well maintained. You get an in house restaurant with good food. Staff is very courteous, goes without saying. Hotel is located in civil township on STI road, easy to locate.
