SPOT ON 78443 Hotel Bharat

Rooms are in very bad condition. Here and there littering marks can be observed. I am disgusted so much that I don't even dare to click a picture. It is my utter bad experience here. Also, they charge separate prices for with bill and without bill. Quite illegal you can say. And for some less amount of money, people are compelled to lure up for this trap. Moreover, the bed covers and pillows are in worst condition. They changed the bed cover but still it was dirty. One has to cary ita own bedsheet. Pillow? Forget the pillows, if you can, then put the pillows under your bedsheet. Coming to the washroom part, the washing basins don't work properly. Many a time it has to be used through the lower nob because the upper tap or the actual tap just revolves with respect to such unknown axis. The floors are as bad as much you can say. I have found no room service for cleaning in spite of informing them. The good thing is they provide water without any extra cost, which is very astonishing for such a hotel. Last but not the least, price is very high for such very unclean dirty rooms.

Very good service and hospitality. Very convenient to reach out this hotel from Rourkela Railway Station, Bus stop and by road through your own vehicle. Very neat and clean entrance and overall it's okay to stay. My best wishes with them for excellent services.

Very Bad service provide. Worst hotel and rooms are not clean. Bad experience .. Indifferent staff. Staff behavior not good.Waste of money 😡🤬don't check in this hotel.

I stayed 4 days here and they charged me full day room rent after only 1 hour more then check out time
