Worst hotel I ever visited. They took Rs 1000 in OYO APP for a room which will not more than 100. Dirty linen. Smelly. They are on OYO, advertising as luxury hotel. Worst experience. Don’t book this hotel

I booked a AC room but when I go to hotel, hotel management says ù booked a non AC room if u want AC THEN pay more money. And also room is very small in size no proper illumination .charging point was far distance to bed 🛌.

Rooms are not cleaned enough. Washroom door was broken. Provided bedsheets and pillows are looking very dirty. I have experienced remnants of rice or vomiting on the bathroom mug.

The behavior of the manager was uncouth at first. When we (me and my friend) arrived at the hotel at night, the manager said that there are no rooms available and refused to recognize our booking. Thankfully, a boy (one of their employees) came to our rescue and checked on computer and alloted us an AC room. In the AC room, neither there was an AC remote nor the TV was working. Room was clean however. My request to OYO is, please take into account the manager's (a middle aged man wearing spectacles) uncouth behavior so that guests aren't harassed at night.
