OYO Hotel Grand

Before staying in this hotel I was in some other hotel .which was very bad but I found very good atmosphere at Hotel Grand. I appreciate their genuineness to their work. I felt very easy to approach management system and authority. They made my stay very comfortable. Only because of one thing I didn't give five star that is bed sheet. They can upgrade the decorum items. Otherwise everything was good fine

Its a house of mousqetos, bad smell in room and bathroom. Washroom is like public toilet, no facility and not knowledge to hotelier how to run a hotel. Room is clean when we told him. All things is like local, buliding is good but bathroom and room needs to renovate and hotel need cleaness.

This is one of the worst hotels for stay-ins. It's pretty much a shady hotel where people spend nights to do things...you know what I mean. The rooms were dirty like hell with --> - stained bedsheets and towels - broken shower nobs and heads - seepaged walls and cheery on the top, the mattress was full of bed-bugs and cockroaches. I had to bug my own blanket since the one that was provided was never cleaned and full of bugs. These kinds of hotels should not be listed on platforms like MMT or Goibibo.

Rooms are not clean, rude behavior from the staff. They charge more if you booked directly at hotel. They even argued for hotel policy and all which was nothing written there. TV, Shower, Telephone doesn't work. Don't go there, I wasted money there, don't waste money going there.

Thieves!! Thieves!! Thieves!! I don't know how this hotel got over 3 stars on Google. It doesn't deserve even 1 star. Worst hotel with worse manager and staff. Don't chose this hotel even during emergency.. waste of money and time. I don't have pics or I would have posted that too. Dirty rooms, rude receptionist and Thieves who work there as staffs. One guy stole money from my uncle's pocket who came there to serve tea.
