NillVisited the restaurant in this Hotel. While the food here is really delicious but service is pathetic. There were lot of mosquitoes inside the restaurant and upon requesting the manager to put up a repellent, he simply said not available and he didn't even try to fix the issue. We didn't enjoy the dinner so much but the mosquitoes really did. And this is not a one time thing because I remember visiting the restaurant couple of years back and disappointed to say the service hasn't improved even one bit. I really hope they look into this, else they won't sustain for long.

NillI recently stayed at the Hotel, and my experience was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made check-in a breeze. The lobby was modern and elegantly designed, creating a welcoming first impression. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens felt luxurious. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with quality toiletries. I also appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to work and stream content. The hotel’s on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options, from fresh seafood to vegetarian dishes. Breakfast was especially impressive, featuring both hot and cold choices in a buffet-style setting. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop pool and lounge area. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink, and take in the beautiful sunset views. Overall, the exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of friendly service, top-notch amenities, and a prime location made it a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business travelers and vacationers. Thank you for the hotel I love this hotel Kaveri Best hotel in sambalpur City Great hotel for travelers At good affordable price and Good food quality

NillThis hotel is a house of insects and cockroaches. Located at a prime spot, the hotel looks very premium from the outside. However, the rooms are shabby, bathrooms are stingy and overall filled with insects and cockroaches all around. I stayed here for 6 nights due to official work and had my forehead licked by some poisonous insect, which led to infection. Also the staff here would knock your door time and again for unnecessary things. Beware, before you book a room over here!

NillRooms and location are OK. The service was worst. The behaviour of staff and the front desk are unprofessional, ill-equip to handle the issues of the guest. They are very rude. My bad luck that I have booked the rooms (6 rooms, double bed) for a family program as it was the nearest to the venue. My personal experience was very bad in this hotel. Useless staffs.

NillWe took Family room(2 double beds) They have good spacious room but the rooms, bathroom and other stuffs are not maintained at all. The bathrooms are the shittiest bathrooms I have ever seen. One day I “had” to request for the bedsheet change but they said it would be after 6-7 hours as the staffs were not present. They even charge for water bottles😭😂, they are not complimentary. I am attaching bathroom pics. Even in IRCTC jet sprays are much more cleaner than this. On our last day of stay, the receptionist suddenly called us and rudely said to have the room emptied as they have committed someone else to provide the room. With our busy schedule, we had to pack our stuffs in rush and we were provided the smallest toom present there. If this was the last hotel existed on earth, I would still choose to stay in a railway station.

NillOur rooms were unclean. Bathroom dirty with leaking taps and toilets. Towels were such that one could not wipe a drop of water. Linen was shabby too. Will not recommend anyone to stay there.

NillSituated on the national highway in the city of Sambalpur, this can be termed as a good hotel. Service and location can be considered as good but lack of proper parking space and condition of the rooms have to be improved. The ambience is good. If a proper parking space is added to it, it will be a great experience for the guests.
