I checked into this hotel on 25 oct and my checkout was 26 oct 2024 as I was heading towards Kolkata I took a stop at this hotel. The security guard told me to park the car at a designated place where I parked my car, After an hour the hotel manager told me that some random local drunken guy broke my driver seat window glass and on further heated argument they told me it was for a mobile stand.Now comes the best part that mobile stand was at the back gate pocket so how come that guy so the mobile stand. The next morning I saw my car's mobile charger and some food items were all missing and I saw that glass was all over the car in such small pieces. The hotel manager did not allow me to file the original complaint and was trying to protect that guy, what I understood they all were playing around with me and their intentions were not good. Whoever visits this place park your car at your risk and later on they told me where they told me to park has no cctv.

Hotel is good. Located in VSS marg ( good location). Rooms are neat and clear, well maintained. Breakfast has limited options ( but taste wise it is good) Have stayed a few times. It is a good option to stay for solo and family in Sambalpur

Hotel name was Mandarine hotel. It’s not tourist spot, so I don’t expecting much. But this hotel staff was so working harder. Of course not 5star, but it better than value. Specially breakfast staff ( one young guy management ) working well. And food is yummy. Other staff is also work hard. All our request be full of joy. Thank you for your kindness. If by chance to visit Sambalpur, you can stay.

Previously called Nikki . Now it's famous as Mandarin. Good cosy place with lot of options in resto. Rooms no idea. Buffet for corporate clients. Nice place. Ambience is silent and relaxed. Nonveg is also good.

One of the best hotel in sambalpur.Family restaurant.About the service is excellent 👌.staff are so professional with great behaviour.They are welcome to the guest with a smile 😊 on their face . Really i enjoyed a lot ... The special dish -Paneer lababdar Murg makhani, mushroom do pyaza,Chef special tandoori platter non-veg.. Thank u so much Niiki hotel .. keep it up the same👍
