Hotel Heritage Inn

Only good thing is the location if visiting Shree Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple) and other local spots. Room was small, dark. TV worked ok as did a/c. No cleaning. But what really ruined the experience was money went missing from my wallet which i left in my room. Usually we would lock away valuables but in a rush left my wallet on view. Took £40. Complained to owner who denied it and said would ask workers. Did call back immediately and guaranteed wasnt workers, not sure how he checked CCTV in 3 mins. Next day, what do you know, £40 reappeared nicely slotted between shoes at bottom of cupboard, there is no way that money could have fallen out and landed where it was left.

Red alert 🚨Don’t book room here. I had a worst experience in this hotel. The staff and the service both were really bad. The staff was this much careless that I called the room service for an extra pillow they didn’t even bothered.Then I asked for a help of taking our bags to the room but after so many calls they didn’t even bothered to come. The bed in our room was broken and we had the worst sleep for two days. I would not suggest to stay here ,as I had the worst experience .

Worst service ever… staff doesn’t have manners how to talk with customers. This is very disgusting hotel I had ever visit. I do check in at 7:00 am as per request and I promise them that I will checkout between 2:00 am to 3:30 am . At a time of checkout they asked for more money because I was check out at 4:00am. I denied and they gave me a threat . I paid for full day but that’s okay if I took a room before checkin time then I was also leave the room before checkout time… is the same … but staff doesn’t have any kind of manners to deal with customers. Worst hotel ever ever.

Booked and paid deposit a day before , was allocated room 303. Reached there and was given room 101 , old guests tooth brushes and toiletries left in bathroom , old bed sheets , never changed . Manager refused to return deposit until we made a video . 0 clenliness , 0 service , very poor service .
