I had a wonderful stay at SS Royal in Amritsar. The service we received was excellent, and the hotel is in a prime location—just a 5-6 minute walk from the Gurudwara Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple), making it incredibly convenient. A special mention to Mr. Subhash Singh, the room attendant, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive to all our needs. His dedication truly enhanced our experience. Ps : the attendant make a very good tea as well.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and a special mention goes to the owner, Sherry Bhaji, who was genuinely kind and attentive. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Even when we requested a slight room change, the staff accommodated us without any issues, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. One challenge we faced was reaching the hotel by car due to the narrow roads leading to it. I highly recommend calling the hotel in advance to get advice on where to park, as the team is more than willing to assist with this. Despite the road challenge, the hotel’s location is perfect—within walking distance to the Golden Temple and the famous Bhalwan Kulcha (a must-try!). In the end, I’d like to extend a big thank you to Sherry Bhaji and the entire staff for their outstanding service and for even helping us navigate our car through those tricky roads. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. You’ll feel right at home!

It's a wonderful experience to staying in S S Royal, Amritsar, location wise very good.. very near to golden temple.. and the service is too good.. specially subhash.. he was very humble and helpful...the morning tea.. it's wow..

Great room, very spacious and big. Clean bathroom and toilet, felt very nice. Breakfast was included in our package, we got paratha and toast and tea it was very good quality. We reached by 12:30 at night and staff was awake for us very good cooperative staff.

I love to share the feedback for Hotel SS Royal. What a fab staff ever Seen in hotel. They all treat guest like family. Special thanks to Rajbir ji who really played with my kids and so awsome. Hard to find such a fab Hotel staff and they all so so so good. BABA nanak may bless them with such a beautiful heart and soul.

Nice & quite hotel. Walking distance from Golden temple, Jalianwala Bagh & City Centre. Room service and staff behaviour were friendly and very good. A very good budget hotel near Swarn Mandir for families. The only issue is there is no elevator in the hotel.

Very good stay service at its best, room cleanness fantastic, early check in is tricky here so plan your travel accordingly but staff was really helpful they got good cab service as well for airport pickup and drop.
