Capital O Hotel Bal Residency

Rooms looked okay. But lock and handles were in bad condition. In washroom there were no bucket and mug and shower was broken. They say AC will work between 11pm to 5am. In my room AC stopped working at 1 and was off till check out (9 am). A little far. Additional Tip : Do not smoke around The Golden temple. (Fine 500) Snatchers and thugs are roaming around. Avoid going out alone after 10pm.

Worst Nightmare Ever! Stay away at all cost!! After checking in, the owner turned the AC off. And, when we asked about the same he said they had some electrical issue going on. Which we understood and didn't complained for 5 hours. Note- We checked in at 12:30PM, the AC was off until 5:30. After going to reception again & again he turned the AC on and asked for more money. The owner and his girlfriend(the lady came out from one of the rooms) started yelling that we can't keep the AC on and you need to pay more. We asked him that we will leave the property and to return our money which he denied. We payed him more on promise that he won't do this again. We left for Gurudwara Sahab and came back at midnight. He turned the AC on from his reception at midnight. And again at 1 AM the AC was switched off again for the whole night. After exhausted long day we did not want to see the guy's face. Cons- 1) Washroom sink was broken. 2) No hot water in shower. 3) Broken toilet seat. 4) Beds not clean. 5) TV not working. 6) Unknown people sitting on reception. Pros- 1) None. LOOK HE POSTS REVIEWS FOR HIMSELF AND THEN REVERTS TO HIMSELF THANKING FOR HIS COMFORTABLE STAY. ONE NOTE FOR THE OWNER- BROTHER IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR THE PRICE YOU AGREED ON THEN THERE IS NO POINT OF DOING BUSINESS AND LATER ABUSING YOUR CUSTOMERS. I DARE YOU TO REVERT ME ON THIS REVIEW.

Everything was horrible. Starting from the stinky rooms with spit marks, cigarette smoke smell, dirty toilet condition, tv not working, bad service to Illogical reasoning by the owner and staff for everything. The switches were so old that no charger fits in. TV was in so bad condition that it used to get off on its own. Wifi was weak. There was too much noise in the corridor. The whole night people were shouting & running outside the room. No towels were given. Bathroom is not built properly. AC was horrible too! No hot water for bathing, they gave us hand heater which gives you a shock "literally". And after all of this, the owner asked us to pay more as Ibibo rate is not applicable.

Worst hotel experience ever in my life! All the comments below are true. No bed sheet on bed nor pillows. Blood stains on bed lining. Disgusting everything! Shaft near toilet is open and loud noises of parting idiots all night ! Disgusting experience ! Washroom was so dirty including the walls and floors. Amateurs sit at reception who are probably 10th class fail idiots who do not know how to speak to customers! The hallway reeked of hookah and booze! There should be raid on this pathetic place !

very poor hygine. they charged for extra bed haven't provided matress. bathroom lock is not workig. bathroom has a dangerous opening to lift way. no windows. very small room. bedsheets and pillow cover not washed. guys with liqour bottles are roaming all around. poor cooperation of staff. totally unsafe for women and children .switched off ac in the midnight . I wonder how oyo approved such a hotel

My experience was very bad. Unhygienic bedsheets with very dirty pillows. Smell in room. They don't give excess to use AC. Toilets are not clean. Staff have very bad attitude they don't care about their guests. Too much noise from outside. Its pathetic. Look at pictures of bedsheets & walls.

It is a worst hotel I ever stayed. Staying there was a kind of nightmare as at the midnight we wake up surrounding by bed bugs. I regret staying in that hotel. My international flight was in the morning and I booked the hotel to rest but leave it more tired in the morning

i will not stay there because hotel will not accept my online booking. but i verify this hotel by self this hotel is not so good room cleanness are not well, blanket is not proper dry-clean its smell is too bad, but your OYO service are too good and much better thanks oyo, but hotel is not good, i suggest to you please verify your whole listed hotel, and only mention those hotel in your app whose accept your online booking, too bad experience with hotel bal residency.
