OYO 39778 Hotel Blue Planet

Worst service. We stayed for just 12 hours and yet there was no warm water in December, only 7 towels for our group of 16 people, yet were charged 1000 rs per room. Barely 4x4 in size. All they gave was excuses. They should not charge above 400 rs per room. No soaps or wardrobe or anything. Insensitive towards their customers.

Worst service.....cheating owner.....booked through oyo and made online payment, when we went for check in they are asking for extra cash to allow check-in ....when we were there there was one another family with a newborn with the same case.....

It's very poor hotel very poor service and Oyo was tooooooo bad and pls don't book any hotel from Oyo..
