Hotel Swarn Plaza

Asked for proper bill but manager hadn't given the bill at the time of check-out. Bathroom was also not upto mark, showers were not available and basin & tap were broken. Blankets were dirty and AC was also broken & not working. Worst staying experience.

Hotel is in the interiors.. thus not easily accessible from the central location. Hotel rooms were extremely dirty and smelled bad. We couldn't even stay for a day. According to price, the hotel doesn't meet expectations. There were better options at this budget.

The Washroom is filthy with no bath supplies. bed sheet were so dirty and stinking. AC doesn't work properly. The lobby Manager will ask you to pay taxes on your check out without giving you receipt. Staff is unbelievably rude and selfish. I had the worst experience of my life. ||||Poor Staff and owner.

Don't book hotel very bad services washroom in bad situation staff behave is not good room number 210 ,202,203 room lock not work properly

Uninterested grubby men in the lobby seems to be the standard in Amritsar. It's pay up and shut up. The bathrooms are filthy and the water lukewarm at best. I had some chow mein, and was charged 110 rupees. When I mentioned the menu said 90 rupees, I got a dirty look and was told that the menu is old. When I was woken up by loud music in the lobby around 1AM, I went to complain and saw the 'manager' and a few guys dancing. I asked why he played the TV so loud, and got as reply that his 'staff' enjoyed that. When I told him guests like to sleep during the night, a blank stare was the only response.

Starting from hotel staff so rude so uneducated. And room was soo smelly dirty. Even i informed to the hotel owner but they ignored. Please guys do not stay in this hotel. I think hell ia better than this hotel.

Rooms were little bit small but backside washroom was too smelling as there were no ventilation in back side rooms front side rooms are ok to stay. very close to gurudwara sahib.

Worst experience in my life all fake promises no facilitates in the hotel and no response from management after calling so many times. We are so upset on our staying even no hot water.
