Our experience with this hotel was very bad. Please read the below points before booking. 1. Rude hotel staff. 2. Dirty and unclean room and bathrooms. 3. No fresh bedspreads were spread. 4. Out of the 4 rooms, 2 rooms were given in another hotel. 5. Rooms didn't have keys. everytime we had to go out, we had to shift the luggage from one room to the other. 6. No Ventilation in from or bathrooms. 7. Ac was being turned on and off at his convenience. On the whole, very bad experience. There should have been 0 rating for this, but we are forced to put 1

1. The host was not friendly and corteous. 2. No toiletry kit and towel posted. 3. No intercom in all rooms 4. TV not working 5. No latch for bathrooms and for the main door from inside. 6. No exhaust in one room 7. Steep steps and narrow steps Oyo should not misguide travellers like this and they should audit the hotels before giving them the license. In conclusion, we want to know if Oyo is being cheated by the hotelier or if the general public is getting cheated by Oyo.

My friend had booked a room in OYO 19565 Hotel galaxy, Amritsar for stay on 26-27 July 2019.The room provided to him was shabby, dark and the toilet seat was broken. he requested to change my room or at least repair the toilet seat. The Hotel representative denied and were rough in their communication with him. Since he had already paid full amount decided to adjust for a day. The next day while checking out he was asked to hand out my mobile for checking out. he told them taking my mobile was invading privacy and resisted the same. Later they started being kind of rough and my ID card was with them. Relentlessly I had to provide my mobile to the Hotelier and he forcefully gave 5 star rating to their service from my OYO app.I was kind of traumatized by that time with their behavior, and kind of escaped from there asap. already forwarded this complaint to OYO with his booking reference and other details.

Pathetic service .... The owner of the place is very very rude and does not know how to speak with customers at all. No courteousness whatsoever. Kept troubling our family by not switching on the AC and lying about it that it doesn't work... Then somehow, it starts working. Changed our rooms just out of the blue by asking us to just move out of one room and shift. Found it very difficult to move heavy luggages from ground floor to first floor. Bathrooms were not cleaned when we entered and we had to push the owner to clean it. TV wasn't working and we had to ask the remote from the owner. We were being controlled totally and not independent and never got the feeling of being in a vacation. Bathroom flushes weren't working. Bathrooms don't have latches. Some rooms themselves don't have keys. OYO needs to know how to audit their hotels and then suggest it in their website. They shouldn't just accept any photograph as references to have it in their place. We need OYO to have a thorough scrutiny of their own methods and processes because this is not what we mean by having Oyo as even a company.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL This is the worst hotel with the worst experience. Let me start listing one by one. 1. First of all, the hotel staff and the manager were so rude 2. They denied turning on the ac 3. They kept asking us to change the rooms every moment, and we were just staying there for 2 nights 4. We booked though too website, and he said it is our ‘mistake’ that we booked there. 5. The bathrooms didn’t have latch at all 6. One of the room, he did not give the key 7. To turn on the AC, he started by telling a story that the AC is malfunctioning and after half an hour of talking he turned on the ac. Clearly, he lied. 8. Since he had some issue with Ito, he took the revenge on us 9. While booking he said that the location is int main road, but in reality it was in some gully 10. He denied cooperating with us where there were 6 senior citizens, and he wanted us to adjust 11. Room is so small and if one person I standing in the path, the other can’t even move. 12. The beds were so hard. 13. Cleanliness was next to zero In short, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL at all

Location is very bad. Incorrect on Google maps. Barely a people know about this hotel location. Rude receptionist. No lock for washroom door. Pathetic experience with oyo. Oyo app shows suite. But they provide small room.

Pathetic hotel, nothing on the name of service. E.g AC, TV, Room service, cleaning of room and washroom, staffs are rude . They will not even change your bedsheets. Not Valued for money. I would like to suggest, please don't onboard in this hotel. Better book some rooms of Golden temple (offline).
