The room was extremely poor. Neither the AC was not working no any water in the washroom. When we called the staff, no one came for a long time. Even after calling multiple times, they arrived late and didn’t provide any proper solution. We had already paid in advance, but still faced so many issues. They said they would start the geyser, but it didn’t work, and when it finally did, there was still no water. They kept saying the motor was running, but even after two hours, nothing changed. We had to take a bath with cold water, and when we complained, the staff behaved very rudely. Totally disappointing experience.

Very poor experience. I stayed in Amritsar from 11 PM to 11 AM for ₹2200. They said they would provide extra beds since the room had only one bed, but they didn’t even provide an extra mattress. On top of that, they kept switching off the AC again and again – at 4 AM they turned it off completely, and we had to keep asking them to switch it back on. Totally unprofessional and not worth the money.

Worst is just small word for this hotel. Big scammers . I booked 4 deluxe rooms through Goibibo and those were in worst condition on arrival. No response from hotel management and that app too. I had to check out immediately because rooms were smelly and pathetic.

Worst place. Don’t waste money . Advertise rooms and bathrooms are not even close to current situation. Smelly place , could stay there for few minutes. Not suitable for kids because no hygiene maintained.

I visited Golden Temple with my friend. Unfortunately we chose this hotel for the stay as this was at the walking distance from the Golden Temple. The location is usually crowded during the last few days of the year so you hardly find accommodation near the Golden Temple. This had been the worst experience that we have ever had. I booked the hotel for 3 nights however we were asked to check out the same night as the owner was very greedy and he wanted to rent out the room for a higher price so he lied to us that he doesn't have the rooms from tomorrow onwards which was a lie. It showed availability online as well. Even if there were some guests coming next day then too, he cannot just kick us out from there as we had already booked for three nights. Also the lock of the room wasn't working properly therefore it wasn't very difficult for anybody to break into our room due to which it gave a very dark and shady feeling. The owner wasn't helpful at all. Rather he just told us that he cannot do anything and we had to vacate the room the very next morning. The bed sheets were not clean and the it felt like somebody had stayed there before and they didn't change the bedsheets. Overall it wasn't a very good idea to choose this hotel. I would have written more however I think it is such a waste of time to even think about that hotel again. Wouldn't recommend it to anybody. P.S : A BIG NO TO THIS HOTEL

❌❌!!!!!!!!!! ‼️ BIG SCAMM ‼️!!!!!!!!❌❌ ‼️I had a very bad experience due to the staff and management of this hotel, firstly they gave me the family room No. 302 and asked me to pay in advance for two days stay, at night we complained to them about the AC that it is not cooling and is neither working properly but the staff denied the fact that it is not working properly. In the hot and humid month, we payed at the hotel for the AC room and slept all over the night without AC. We further called the staff at the reception and then the boy came to check the AC and he found that the gas was leaking from the AC which has frozen the AC and this was the major issue. Then the staff said that he’ll change our room at 10AM when the room will be empty and after the cleaning of the room. We then asked him to prepare the room for us till then we visited DARBAR SAHIB. When we came back to the hotel there was another staff named Kuldeep, this person was too much aggressive when we had a conversation with him about our room. This person denied us to give the room and thrown our luggage out of the room where the hotel staff asked us to keep in the morning. He (Kuldeep) then misbehaved with us and was too greedy that he denied us to give the room. In the middle of the day after paying them they denied us to give the room and even denied for the payment. This Hotel is a big scam and these people are very greedy for the money they say that they’ll work according to the bookings and they deny about the room to every person same they did with us. Specially Kuldeep he remains frustrated and doesn’t know how to deal with a customer instead he doesn’t have this much courtesy to understand all the issue and just keeps denying about the availability of the rooms. This was a horrible experience staying at this hotel, and they Switched off the AC again and again saying that electricity is not at proper voltage and if he switches on the ac his salary will be deducted by the owner. Whosoever is the owner of this hotel please pay this much heed to the staff and teach them some manners to have courtesy with the customers. ‼️Won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. ‼️

Not even towels. No door mats. They didn't provide towels even when we called and requested. Toilets small drain hole is not even covered. An open window in the toilet inviting mosquitos. Understood that they charged us really high as we arrived to book at the last hour but at least could have provided far better services. For every complaint, their excuse is that it's newly built (guess newly built has something to do with towels?). The only good part is Location of the place. I provided the same feedback at the reception at check out but I doubt if they had any regret for the inconvenience caused to their customer due to their poor service.

The most horrible experience. Very bad staff and no water available even in the washroom. Owner was very aggressive and irresponsible. No help was provided. Very very very bad experience and would not recommend it to anyone. Waste of money. Never book this place. Room was dirty . No water in the washroom . Owner refused to help with water situation. Very rude behaviour. DONT book this hotel. It will spoil your visit to the holy harmandir sahib
