When my family and I decided to visit Amritsar in Punjab, we searched online for good accommodation options and came across several hotels. In the end, we chose Shine Star. Although we were a bit nervous as we were traveling with children, we took a taxi from the airport and reached the city’s boundary. From there, we called Shine Star, and when we arrived, the owner and staff were waiting to welcome us. They showed us to our room and arranged meals, which made us very happy and satisfied. The facilities were beyond what we expected, and the staff’s behavior was excellent, making us feel safe and comfortable. After sharing this experience with my friends, they were also encouraged to visit Shine Star, and I confidently shared the hotel’s contact details with them

I booked the cheapest room here - the bunk bed room - before my early morning international flight. The reviews by Indian guests can be quite harsh, on the other hand, the reality of the photos and especially the outside bathroom that comes with this room clashes significantly. The room was fine, a bit hot perhaps but the bathroom really needs a deep clean - or in case of the wash basin, a cleaning, period. Check-in was a bit difficult as it had to be done by calling someone. Still, the location is excellent. If you're not too picky, I would say.

worst stay ever, no management no hygiene no necessary items (not even a first aid box). the room was smelling bad and rooms were termite ascendant. all the images uploaded by the hotel owner are fake. ceiling and wall prints were coming out. cockroaches were in bathroom and bed sheet was not clean. wet towels were given. hotel members will ask for goibibo otp, please don't share otp of goibibo with hotel members, as they login into your account and then add good comments by themselves after you check-out.

We are planning for Amritsar contact with Satinder are planned Our Amritsar Trip .Planned according our Mind set.Shine Rooms are Neat and clean they have also Cab service for wagah Border etc. Family hotel. Food was delicious. Location wise Good Property.

Despite mentioning car parking facility, there is hardly any space. The rooms are very small, bedsheets and pillow covers weren't clean. The only positive point is it's proximity to the Golden temple
