Disappointing Experience I'm writing this review to express my disappointment with my recent stay. Unfortunately, the room didn't match the pictures shown, and to make matters worse, the room itself was not clean and well-maintained. The cleanliness was also a major concern, especially the toilets, which were not up to the mark. *Suggestions for Improvement:* 1. Update the pictures to accurately reflect the current state of the rooms. 2. Improve the overall condition and maintenance of the rooms. 3. Maintain better cleanliness standards, especially in the toilets.

The location is wonderful and very near to golden temple ; rooms are neat and clean ; electric kelle and ro system can be added in future The hotel manager and staff is very courteous and a true gentleman I will recommend this hotel to everyone

Extremely disappointing stay. The rooms looked nothing like the ones advertised, and the washroom was in a horrible state—dirty and unhygienic. What shocked us the most was how rudely the hotel staff, including the owner, behaved with us. Their tone and treatment of women were particularly offensive. Definitely not recommended.

Cannot even rate. The pictures provided of rooms on website are not at all true. The bathroom is pathetic. The rooms are extremely shabby. The behaviour of staff is extremely bad. They took the money, when i left , agreed for partial refund but didn’t. They simply bluff on face. Would recommend no one to stay.

Terrible service and even worse attitude! The rooms didn’t match the online pictures, and the washrooms were in awful condition. But the most shocking part was how the receptionist and owner treated us—especially the ladies—with complete disrespect. Hospitality was clearly not a priority here.

Co-operative staff . Clean and spacious rooms with windows. Close to golden temple and Jallianwala bagh.
