Hotel Urban Galaxy - Near Golden Temple

Comfortable and very nice stay. Very close to Golden Temple near Langar Hall. Booked Pent house, however did not liked the room and then on request upgraded to presidential suite by paying Few bucks. Pros: 1.Very Near to Golden Temple 2. Complimentary Ride from Busstand/Railway station on availability basis 3. Good cab service especially driver Mr Saab j 4. Good Reception service 5. In house kitchen with good food and on demand as well as outside food allowed. 6. Quiet and safe place 7. Cons: 1. Bathrooms are small and not that much cleaned as desired 2. Bathroom Mat not in good condition 3. Tv not working and especially no smart tv for connectivity through phone internet 4. House keeping needs to be active and knowledge full of details at the hotel. OVERALL looking forwarded to another stay and expect minor problems to addressed by the management

It's very near to gurudwara shahib.Rooms atmosphere was fantastic. And for family interconnected rooms also available that was plus point. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and staff very humble and friendly and about food it was really testy mostly special thali.thanks for your services 🙏

Hotel was in prime location. Just 200 mts from golden temple entry. Mannat's behaviour was very good. Langar house was on right side when we go towards golden temple. Dinner and breakfast was good. We have taken half board food option for 1 night stay. On saturday and sunday , rush might be there as the roads are very narrow towards hotel from main road. Ppl should not blame hotel for this. For weekdays, its all good.
