This is zero star hotel,don't come any one, it's worst and poor people,Non senses staf and service is zero, rooms like AA hell no electricity ac not working cheap and roundly counter lady and her husband😡😡😡

Room and bathroom very bad,ac not working vide repeatedly reminder but they donot bother,bed just like sety not in proper size beds are just like sleeper coach seats,smell in rooms staff not cooperative, donot stay and over charging in cheating with peoples

Stayed here 2 nights. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location in the city center. It also has wi-fi and rooms with enough space to put your stuff. The cleanliness was under average. Do not expect they will change blankets on the beds for new guest, they just "clean" the floor with a dirty brush. The sense for electricity hacks is similar to rest of the India (see photo). The showers were ok, but it might be helpful if they cleaned the shower head from time to time, our didn't let out almost any water, took just 5 minutes to fix and remove a layer of limescale. The stairs are really steep in the hotel, be careful if carrying any luggage.

Not so great stay The staff is the worst thing about this hotel. They are so lazy and childish that nothing you ask is done, neither do they understand anything in English, and reply to you in Hindi. They just watch TV all day, sleep and eat - they really don't care to do anything for customers. When I saw the dirty bedsheets in the room and asked to change them, the room boy had an expression of misery in his face, and made it look like he's doing me a favour for changing the sheets! They would also always turn on and off the air conditioning, and then would laugh when I would call to ask for it to be turned on. Honestly, this hotel is not a serious business but a play of children. Although I was supposed to stay for five days, I left after the second day. And I'm glad I did - there are many better and cheaper options even closer to the temple, for example hotel Grace (around 750rs) and Sharma Guesthouse, where you pay 850 rs with A/C for a single person, the room is more than twice as big as the one in the Great Stay Hotel, and you get the view of a beautiful garden rather than a noisy street. Also, the room in Great Stay was extremely hot, and it was horrible when the A/C would not work. Absolutely avoid.

Experience was pathetic, Dirty washroom above limit, Short space and uncomfortable furniture, Despite tolding the receptionist 3-4 times washroom was not cleaned. Even staying for a night becomes nightmare . Charged ₹2000 for a mere chawl like room and services

Away from the traffic of the main city this hotel becomes a great choice to stay in Amritsar. The proximity to all the tourist attractions makes it even better as compared to other hotels situated inside the city. Quality and taste of Food served here is at par with the best food joints of Amritsar. Staff is quite cooperative and courteous. Highly recommended!!! Excellent place with friendly, helpful, courteous, knowledgable staff. Clean rooms. Fast service. Reasonable rates. Breakfast was amazing and huge selection. Chef Singh was very good to make last minute food request for rush time. Food was fresh. Will definitely be back. Strongly recommend. Manager very proffessional. Five stars all the way. Thank you so much.

There isn't less than one star otherwise I would have preferred that one. Servicemen in the hotel do not seem like professional. Great stay takes the full money in advance which is not a good sign. Room where we were staying was dirty. Ants were roaming on the floor. It was looking a convoy was crossing our room. We requesred for room cleaning but after we came back from evening walk, our room was not cleaned. After all we checked out from the hotel next day early in the morning and booked another hotel for next two days.

I have spent there with family but my experiences is very bad, rooms bathrooms are not clean, congested and smelly , hotel entrance is well furnished but rooms are not so well, charges are high but services are very poor, I am totally dissatisfied with their services ..... I am not recommended to stay there.....
