I had booked the hotel exotic's rooms, Hotel location is awesome. room service and staff behaviour is very nice. food quality is too good and very affordable price. Mr. Luckyji is very friendly and helpful person. always smiling face...☺️ The food is served with love... All Staff that are welcoming, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure a memorable and personalized stay. Immaculate Condition: Clean, well-maintained, and stylish room and public areas are frequently mentioned in positive reviews. I highly recommend this hotel...

The Hotel Exotic is located a few minutes stroll from the historic centre of Amritsar and the Golden Temple. Travellers unaccustomed to India, may find the area near the hotel somewhat unsettling due to the condition of some of the streets and buildings and the general hustle and bustle. However, the hotel is in a quiet 'Gali' [lane], where the entire area and city felt very safe. The hotel itself is functional, clean and welcoming, with great complimentary 4G WiFi. The manager, Lucky Seghal and his team were extremely welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, whether organising Tuk Tuk's, taxis, trips etc. The hotel room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and serviced daily. The A/C was a most welcome relief from the heat of Amritsar. There was also satellite TV with a good range of English options. The bathroom was clean, including a great shower, plenty of hot water, fresh towels daily, and complimentary shampoo/gel. A buffet breakfast of cereals, toast, tea/coffee and traditional Indian food was included. Given the location, price and outstanding service offered by this hotel, I would recommend it without hesitation.

Highly recommended! High on hospitality! We were provided free early check-in and late check-out. Appreciate it. The hotel is a gem as the hospitality is excellent & the Location is spot on. Try to take the hotel owned Car and auto as the propperty is just next to the temple premises, outside vehicles are not allowed to around 200 meters of the preperty by the security police.

Firstly the good bits: the location is brilliant. It's a 5-minute walk to Harmandir Sahib (the Golden Temple). The service was good too. The guy who I think was called Lucky did his utmost to help us with all the issues we had. The bathroom size was very big for standard of India hotels. The food was decent standard although having McDonald's and Subway 5 minutes away helps too! Now the bad things: there was a lack of hot water in the bathroom! Also at times there was only a trickle of water coming. The toilet kept flushing which didn't help... although that was quickly resolved. The walls need replastering as they are showing signs of mould. The beds were uneven in parts and some of the bedding were not clean. So in conclusion if you want a hotel that's perfect for location with standard facilities this is a good hotel.

Good place to stay. I'm very sceptical when it comes to hotels since I travel with my wife. This hotel is at a good location and the staff is very good and polite. Definitely a place to consider if you are looking for affordable accomodation..

Very Good Hotel atmosphere like Home, Very Kind Service staff. There is one famous dialogue in Hindi cinema that "जब गोडाउन ही ऐसा है तो शोरूम भी ऐसा ही होगा" just like very kind response by Owner Ms. Prabhjyot Medam as well as Manager Mr. Lucky. I must say he is very lucky for this hotel just like his name. Very Very Very good Food, Clean Rooms, Bath, Bed etc. It is said that the peace that one gets after coming home after spending the whole day outside, that peace was found in this resort. *Overall Very Good experience in hotel.*

Had a wonderful 2-day stay at Hotel Exotic during our visit to Amritsar. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the modern amenities you'd expect for a comfortable stay. The highlight of our experience was the amazing hospitality—special thanks to Manager Lucky, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He was extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Honestly, it never felt like we were in a hotel; it felt more like staying with family. The overall service and facilities were top-notch, and the staff made sure every need was taken care of with a smile. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Amritsar. A must-stay hotel if you're looking for comfort, care, and excellent service!
