They were always available to assist with any request, offering great recommendations and making sure my stay was perfect. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, spacious rooms and all the amenities you could ask for. The ambiance is both relaxing and luxurious, making it an ideal spot to visit Golden Temple. I highly recommend Hotel Exotic to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Exotica during my recent trip to Amritsar. The location is a huge plus—just a 5-minute walk from the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for visiting the Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, and the busy local markets. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds, clean linens, and good air conditioning—essential in Amritsar’s heat! I especially appreciated the quiet ambience despite being so close to the city centre. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with local recommendations or arranging transport. The in-house restaurant served a lovely mix of Punjabi and continental dishes. Overall, Hotel Exotica is a hidden gem in Amritsar—perfect for travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and great value. Highly recommended!

Nice budget hotel in superb location. Walkable distance to all prime Amritsar attractions. Reception helped out with all taxi bookings and hotel staff was in general very nice and accomodating.

Amazing hotel with very helpful staff at the reception. I loved my stay there. Very clean hotel. Good breakfast and perfectly located hotel. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit.

Very decent place, location is perfect for a walk down to the Temple and the city center. Safe area. Taking me on a motorcycle to exchange the $$s in the other place was magic mate, still remember it :) Cheers from Poland!

We booked 2 family rooms and were very pleased. Excellent location, 6 min walk from the main tourist market, jallianwala bagh and gurdwara so good distance for kids too. Very clean, modern room with tea/coffee and room slippers included for that extra touch. Very safe to walk at 3am which us ladies did so we highly recommend this hotel for any traveler visiting this beautiful city. Lucky and Karen were very helpful and even sorted out our parking!

It's a great value-for-money hotel, and the staff is very cooperative. The location is also very close to the temple. A special thanks to Pandit Uncle, who had his rickshaw parked outside the hotel every day. He showed us around and took us to the famous eateries and shops.

Have stayed in this place for two or three times and stay has always been comfortable. Rooms are clean and size is average enough for two persons. Staff is always helpful and polite. The location is a little inside a small residential lane so if cabs won’t be able to go inside, you have to take a rickshaw or walk to property. But it is walkable distance to Gurudwara Sahib (Golden temple). Overall a comfortable and good stay.
