Hotel was convenient location, staff were professional except for one male staff. Breakfast was plenty. Kitchen staff were overly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Gurjant singh Always had a smile. Bedroom was spacious and beds and pillows were comfortable. No noise pollution. |Recommended

We stayed at the Dee Intercontinental Amritsar for two nights during our visit to the Golden Temple and were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a deluxe double room. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the warm welcome at check-in was a nice touch. The facilities were impressive, with spacious, modern rooms and very comfortable beds. The hotel also offers a selection of restaurants within the reception area, which was convenient for meals.

We stayed at the Treebo dee intercontinental hotel in March 2025 for 5 days. This hotel’s biggest plus point is its location - it is located just 0.3 km from the Golden Temple and we could just walk to the temple. … Staff is very cooperative Car parking available Service very fast Neat and clean rooms

Not even eligible for one star...zero cleanliness.. unwashed towel, bedsheet... urine smell toilet...dirty rooms.. unprofessional staff...we booked 2 month before..but we didn't get the room what exactly we booked mahogany room.. after some arguments we get room.. very unprofessional.. unmanaged staff..manager rajath..he is not ready to answer the questions..not bothering..one of the staff sunny he is also not ready to answer.. coming to dining area ufffffff utensils and cutlery are broken..in that type of cutlery they are serving breakfast and tea...In the bathroom asking soooo many types they gave bucket and mug... Owner is very rude... please don't book this treebo hotel room.. your trip will be disaster... customer care treebo are also not responding properly...fall of tree... don't waste your money.. once you check in then only you know the reality..I don't know how some people giving the 5 star rating.. please don't fall for this type of 5 star rating... Treebo hotel will ask simply sorry and apologies,it didn't our money and peace back.. simply treebo hotel making money by foolish guest as like us....

Excellent location close to golden temple. Baby friendly hotel - they were nice to provide hot milk at any time of the night as well. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Special thanks for Mr. Sunny and Mr. Amolak singh

I visited every time only this hotel whenever I visited Darbar Sahib .but today's experience was bad 1. No water bottle you have to give 30rs for 20rs water bottle 2. No Towel was provided when you call they give you the one for two people also it's give bad smell. 3. Rooms was not clean . 4. They have AC control in there hands. Suggestion for people's who are visited this hotel only book with Treebo site when you are visiting this hotel . As they give you the best service otherwise treebo gives you full refund . When you do offline booking you can only throw frustration as I'm throwing there . Earlier it was best but nowadays 👎👎👎

We had an amazing stay treebo dee intercontinental! The staff was exceptionally courteous, always ready to assist with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality was top-notch, making us feel truly welcomed. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious! The variety in the breakfast buffet with live counter items was impressive, with fresh, flavorful dishes catering to all tastes. The staff was quick to act whenever asked for something. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, everything was well-prepared and served with great attention to detail. Walking distance from the Golden Temple. Beautiful old hotel in Raj style but completely renovated. Well appointed room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast with great choices. Friendly and helpful staff. They organized our trip to the Pakistan border perfectly.
