Disappointing Stay: Damage and Dishonesty My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. While I expect a certain level of service when I pay for a room, I was met with negligence and a complete lack of accountability. To begin, my car's front window was cracked while it was parked on their property. This is a significant issue in itself, but what made it worse was the hotel's response. Not only did they refuse to take responsibility, they were dismissive and seemed to not care at all. The sticker with the tool number on my front window was also scratched, a detail they completely ignored. This disregard for guest property and well-being was truly shocking. The lack of concern was also reflected in their deceptive pricing. During my stay, a staff member quoted one price for a bottle of water and a cup of tea, but a different, higher price was demanded when it was time to check out. This hotel demonstrates a clear pattern of carelessness and dishonesty. I would strongly advise anyone to find alternative accommodations to avoid a similar frustrating and costly experience.

The word is Dissapointing. Not family friendly at all. Very old and outdated furniture. Dirty linen, bedsheet and quilt. They control the Ac so they keep turning it off everynow and then. Super pathetic washroom, smelly and dirty bucket. Very unhygenic. Cockroaches can be seen every now and then. TV woudnt work. I woudnt recommend it at all. The only acceptable thing is staff is nice and location is couple min away from Golden Temple.

This is patethic hotel, They charges me 1600rs and at night they have a control Of AC they turned off the AC after complaining two times they heard me .at 4pm we slept this is not a family hotel. No parking is available they are liars, infact they give us used towels . Total Wastage of money

Hotel was convenient location, staff were professional except for one male staff. Breakfast was plenty. Kitchen staff were overly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Gurjant singh Always had a smile. Bedroom was spacious and beds and pillows were comfortable. No noise pollution. |Recommended

Room was ok. Service was pathetic. I asked for an All Out but hotel refused. Asked for more money. Either your room should be so clean that no mosquitoes are present or you should provide mosquito repellent.

I'm Saksham mittal and I stay here for one night only and there room's was so much of smell and u can't imagine bed bugs was there on bed and we faced allergy My wife my father and my brother and hotel management also react like they don't even know that...please avoid to stay here🙏

Not even eligible for one star...zero cleanliness.. unwashed towel, bedsheet... urine smell toilet...dirty rooms.. unprofessional staff...we booked 2 month before..but we didn't get the room what exactly we booked mahogany room.. after some arguments we get room.. very unprofessional.. unmanaged staff..manager rajath..he is not ready to answer the questions..not bothering..one of the staff sunny he is also not ready to answer.. coming to dining area ufffffff utensils and cutlery are broken..in that type of cutlery they are serving breakfast and tea...In the bathroom asking soooo many types they gave bucket and mug... Owner is very rude... please don't book this treebo hotel room.. your trip will be disaster... customer care treebo are also not responding properly...fall of tree... don't waste your money.. once you check in then only you know the reality..I don't know how some people giving the 5 star rating.. please don't fall for this type of 5 star rating... Treebo hotel will ask simply sorry and apologies,it didn't our money and peace back.. simply treebo hotel making money by foolish guest as like us....

Zero star ….they are owner was so rude ..firstly they forcefully keep the customer in their hotel then after they mis bahave with them ….even they charge 30 ₹for 20 ₹ bottle water …too much bad service …they don’t cares about customers …*families please avoid to stay in this hotel* ac was not working properly ….too much disturbance ,bed sheets was not clean
