Worst stay ever. Bad service , no cleaning service,rude staff. Never book this even on last option.

Never book this hotel. Very bad service not working ac , geyser, Tv, wifi & very bad behaviour towards customers even if they are not providing drinking water if you asked for drinking water then they fill the water bottle with the washroom tap. Never book this hotel 😡 In one word a waste of money.

Even one star too much for them. One of the worst.. No wait..... First out of worst. They saw that I am with my child and I am desperately in need of room to stay for night, they behaved very bad. Never book this room. Filthy place to consider

Giving 1 star bcz there is no -ve rating system on maps...If U want to ruin your mood and vacation in amritsar this hotel gives u all facilities ...Behavior of the lady was so rude...She has no manner to talk with customers....she cut off electricity of the room at 4 am....& there was no water supply in washbasin.. room was so dirty..during checkout when we complained about it .she started argument very roughly the behavior was not acceptable and further she called another man in a threatening manner ..but the man was sensible somehow he understood the situation..overall experience was so terrible with this one.👎👎👎👎..pls never go with this hotel..

Very nice hotel ,staff is so polite ,great services and very genuine price for such a beautiful and luxury rooms.
