Terrible Experience 👎🏻 The hotel was in a terrible condition and not at all suitable for families. It’s more like a place for bachelors. The bedsheets, pillows, and washrooms were extremely dirty and dusty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The facilities were very poor. They claimed other rooms were booked, but it was clearly a lie. Those rooms seemed to be kept for their own use. The photos online are completely fake and misleading. Don’t waste your money here. Spend a bit more and stay in a clean, family-friendly hotel instead. This place is not worth it.

Pathetic experience don't believe in reviews all are paid reviews they are not at all ethical towards their job waste of money please don't stay here worst property totally disgusting. There are more better property than this and as they are saying it's not near golden temple it's far away these are here original pics don't believe on their AI generated pictures

I really wanted to love this place but the room I received clashed brutally with the photos posted by the property. Why set people up for a disappointment like this? While I feel that much of the extremely negative feedback left by Indian customers is exaggerated or based on a projection or misunderstanding, some criticism is justified. Apart from that, I loved the location and the staff were nice.

The hotel owner is Fraudster I had booked the hotel in advance and paid advance payment. When I reached the hotel no rooms were available and the hotel owner denied to refund the advance payment. I had to book an alternate hotel by paying extra cost where also he charged a commission.

The hotel is near the Golden Temple, Jalianwala baug smarak and Mata temple. All places are nearby. The room is good and clean, but you have to ask for everything like we had to ask for floor mat, bath soap and water bottles. Kitchen opens at 10am so you are without tea in the morning. AC and geysers are turned ON from the reception, so you have no control to turn it ON or OFF.

Pros : Reception desk was really helpful and friendly Located in a good place - walkable distance to Golden Temple and a bit away from the crowds. Cons: No complementary water bottle or explanation of the facilities Room I got was barely big for 2 people. Telephone inside room didn't work Bathrrom had no lock inside - which was weird For geyser use you need to call the reception desk Room had no windows or ventilation - literally you are dependent on the lights +fan/ac to survive.

I was traveling with my friend and when I went to get a water bottle at midnight there were around 6 to 7 men in the reception and they all were looking at me like I did some crime, it felt unsafe and creepy. We reserve a hotel to feel safe and not to go through such an experience, I wouldn't stay in this hotel again. Not the experience I would want to have.

If there is option of some Negative or zero stars then I must award those negative stars. The hotel staff is nonsense enough who doesn't know the difference between a cooler and AC. According to them, in winters Gysers is the replacement of AC. No Wi-fi (unstable), works for 5 minutes and then will not work for next 12 hours. They will make you Check-in and then no response from there side for your problem. Even, there is no response from the customer care, out of 48 hours of my stay, I hardly spend 16 hours within room. Please stay away from these cheaters and book some well known hotels.
