Hotel Kanda continental

I had a great experience at Hotel Kanda. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel’s amenities were also impressive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend Hotel Kanda to anyone visiting the area!

Terrible hotel do not approach! We arrived as a group of 13 people and we did not have hot water as promised, they promised to refund our money and did not do it. Dirty bedding, musty smell in the room. Do not approach at all!!

The only advantage this hotel has it that the property is located very near to the entry of Golden Temple entry gates. Detailed & neutral observations are below: Positives 1. Located very near the entry of the Golden temple. 2. Beds are neat & clean. Negatives 1. People on the reception desk does not know how to treat & speak with guest. 2. Toilet blocks stinks. 3. Even you opt for AC rooms, for switching the AC ON, one needs to call on the reception desk & place request to put it ON. The main switch is with them. The rooms are ok, one can easily get more decent rooms in near by areas at the same price ranges that these people asks for.

One of the worst hotel ever found in Amritsar just of location people stay there. they even don't provide u drinking water neither speak polite with customer are very rude make compelled to pay u first after that u are under them so it's me request for all do go and visit some more hotels nearby where u can get customer satisfaction

Rooms are clean and well maintained location is really good just in front of golden temple. Housekeeping staff is good and services are fast and we had a perfect vacation here, hotel staff very helpful us a lot provide us a cake and really have a good gesture. Overall a nice stay.

Hotel is good in the aspect of cleanliness, maintenance, etc. But the thing which I disliked the most wat that requested the perhaps manager, to provide blanket as it was very cold and he told infact assured me to send it in the room but didn’t, and had no regrets about that very thing in the morning.
