Narison Hotel By Divud Ecom

Worst hotel to stay in amritsar. First of all i booked three rooms and i reached hotel at 5:00PM. Room was not cleaned. There have to wait for 15mins. Secondly have asked for water bottle 3-4 times for which the lady present at reception replied to provide in 10mins and have not received water bottle for my entire stay. Thirdly AC was not working for which lady again replied that i am following up and it will get resolved soon and without informing other person she left her shift. Again requested concerned person sitting at reception till 11PM to get AC issue resolved but it went unresolved. Pathetic situation of staff present at hotel. Will not recommend anyone to visit this hotel with family.

I booked this hotel for 2800 and it is seriously not worth the price. Cons: The room is pretty small and there is no window in the room. There is no wardrobe which is a major major drawback. No kettle which is expected in a room of this price. They do not provide normal drinking water and will charge you even for water except the small complimentary bottles they provide on arrival. The location on Google is different and all rickshaw wallahs will take you to the incorrect location. No first aid kit available. Bedsheets were torn at places. Pros: Located on road. Convenient parking available in front of the hotel. You'll easily get public transport from the hotel at all times. Service was prompt and good. They provided milk for my baby even at 12 o clock at night. Cleanliness was thoroughly maintained. Considering the rates of hotels in Amritsar and the facilities provided, I felt the Google reviews are paid and highly misleading and this one didn't deserve to be so highly priced.

Very nice and comfortable stay, high hospitality, clean room . All staff are very helpful, food quality is super, I will recommend to all , I will come again

Staff were very cooperative, specialy Mrs. Manju . Room size could have been better but at this price it's ok. She helped me to book my bus tickets to Wagah border also.

Came from Canada with my family. We got food poisoning on Christmas Day from the restaurant there, found bugs in the beds, were not given toilet paper (even after asking for it multiple times), the room was freezing and we weren’t given blankets (even after asking for them), and their was someone’s used underwear next to the elevator for over a day. Do not recommend!

Worst experience ever. The rooms were so pathetic and congested that it doesn't have even enough space to keep the bags. It doesn't have even proper ventilation area and basic toiletries. Wouldn't recommend for a family stay. The breakfast and dinner is the worst and tasteless And the staff is useless and not helpful at all and very rude
