0 stars are not accepted hence had to give one. The worst hotel experience I have had in my life. The owner shows no intention of helping out with anything even if the staff would. The management is not at all educated on the concept of managing. The rooms are dirty and the prices are high.

Rooms and washrooms were good and spacious. Few points worth mentioning : 1. Lack of basic necessities such as parking, towels, dustbin, floor mats, etc. 2. Little mis-management we didn't got drinking water in the room when we checked in and in the washroom bucket was not available. In other room the telecom was not working. 3. The positive is the connectivity from hotel to golden temple & most tourist attractions is great. You can easily find e-rickshaw at Rs 5-10/person (after bargain) 4. Hotel staff is young and energetic. They were helpful and cooperative. Overall review its a very good budget hotel. I would have rate it 5* if first two issues were not there.

It is not value for money, rooms were not clean, AC was working but they cut power and you have to say to start AC again and again, they don't give water you or proper supply of drinking water and don't have enough staff, only one person is there. So if you want a pleasant experience stay away from this hotel.

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I wish I could give negative rating here. The images shown in oyo app are too old & the location is difficult to find in a narrow lane. There is no parking available. There is no concept of room service they just handover the keys & forget everything else. Receptionist Harbindar & Prince promises something else & does not deliver it at all. They have having drinks during night time & morning didn't even wake up despite calling them several times. Hot water is not available in 90% of the rooms. Only one person Raju runs after everything to provide the basic necessities. For everything you have remind the staff many times to get the basic things done. Forget comfort it will only add stress to your stay. I would not even recommend this hotel to my enemy. There are many other options available Nearby Golden temple

1.Not having the water and water glasses in their services. 2.Slippers are also not available in the room . 3.Have to purchase everything from outside for eating and drinking. 4. Unhygienic rooms with no service of water geasures. 5. Bedsheets and mattresses are so bad in quality. 6. No shampoo or hair oil provided in service. 7. Tv is also not in working stage... Even we can say they are taking only money for go to sleep there services are totally zero in the points.

One of the worst hotels I ever visited in my life. I had to literally wait almost 45 min just because the room wasn't ready. We were given only 1 room initially after booking 2 rooms also just because it wasn't ready. The room had this awful smell. Toilet didn't have soaps as there were body cleansers and shampoos of worst quality. Only I could see OYO written everywhere. Another worst thing is the heater wasn't working in both the rooms. We were literally shivering after using cold water. 0/5.

The best hotel had i ever visited in this city as comparison to my last year visit. I made bookings through OYO and they served me greatest quality. Further more , the staff is very co-operative and friendly. The environment of hotel is very peaceful and cleanliness among is superior! Well in my perspective, this property is very convenient and has all the amenities for a dazzling vacation !!
