"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 2 days. The staff, location, and price were all excellent. The Golden Temple is conveniently located just a short distance from the property. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Anil, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the area."

The staff were very polite and friendly, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. Mr. Anil was especially attentive, staying in touch with us and making sure all our needs were met. We had a wonderful time and truly appreciated his kindness and hospitality. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Absolutely disappointing stay. The hotel was filthy, with no staff service to speak of. Not even a basic offer of water during our entire stay. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean experience.

Location is the only good about this hotel. The room was untidy, washroom was very dirty. The staff seemed to be always under the influence of alcohol or drugs. They charged Rs. 100 over for just 30 mins early checkin and didn't provide any receipt for it. The staff locks the main gate in the afternoon. If you go out and return, it's a difficult time to call them to open the main gate. The intercom didn't work. Water bottle was chargeable. It's a daylight robbery at this hotel. Avoid it.
