Basically it's a loud Club with rooms. Very loud music even the room windows were shaking. Rooms are very old and in need of a urgent makeover. Food was gr8 but very costly. Staff was very polite. After changing 3 rooms with dampness smell, intercom not working,tv and dth not working problems the forth room images are attached. Management, please go for renovation urgently .

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms,The rooms are spacious and clean but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The distance to the main market is 2 mins on foot. The staff is helpful and polite. The only low point is that the food is average in taste. Overall, a satisfactory stay

Pathetic experience at the hotel. I would strongly advise to stay away from the property. You will face lot of issues like Hotel staff is so useless. 1) Smelly bedsheets and you may catch infection for sure... 2) matterses that will give you back pain for sure.... 3) Spring of the mattresses will try to enter into your body..... 4) AC will not work... 5) Very much unhygienic When you will mention above issues to the staff... They say its like this only🤣.... Better go to 500 rs per night hotel rather than staying here. I am sure their manager will try to give false reasons for this...just to justify himself on Google reviews....... I actually told them that i will be putting your exact review... They were like they don't care......rather than trying to make ur false image on google... Improve your services....... I will recommend everyone not to fall in the responses they give against a google review..... Bunch of fake people..... Its a hospitality industry. Customer satisfaction matters the most here... But doesn't exist here at all So Mr tejpal... If i will narrate the whole story here... Its going to be very much harmful for ur hotel....... Better not try to justify by giving fake reasons.... When you had time to actually do something for ur client..... U didn't care about it

Amazing stay at Basera Boutique Hotel amritsar. I had stayed with my family for two nights. Rooms were very spacious and cleaned. We had stayed in executive rooms. Food was amazing and hotel has a club house on the roof top we had enjoyed our dinner with devil knights. Staff was very polite and helpful. Special thanks to entire team to make our stay memorable. I ll recommend to all my fmly members. Visit again!

The hotel is called Basera. It's part of the Vintage Group. There is nothing vintage about the hotel. It gives a feel of a old house converted into a cheap hotel. Pros: Good location Restaurant is happening Security is available 24*7 Cons: Ambiance of the Rooms give a cheap feeling Parking is small and one has to park on the driveway The prices don't justify a Rs3,000 room rent. At Rs3,000 per room there are far better alternatives in Amritsar
