biggest dissappointment. I chose super deluxe room. The 1st room being provided was stinky, even the bedsheets and pillows were stinking. After much deliberation and arguement i got my room changed but there the washroom flush was not working and i was been downgraded to a basic room. I was in less then 12 hours was shifted to 3 different rooms. The hotel is not at all worth staying, even when given for free. Make sure you are not going to this property.

I booked the room for one day for my official visit. The room was clean and maintained. Amenities were available. Staff was good and helpful. After seeing all this, I booked the hotel for next 3 days also. It's just 500m away from the Railway station and one can easily reach the hotel by walk also. You can order the food from outside also unlike some of other hotels which don't allow.

Horrible experience. We booked one night with my family they provide us a room with 1) no drinking water only refilled water bottle provided and also a dirty filled water mug 2) no tea or coffees supplies provided 3) no water kettle 4) room was so small 5) dirty wash room with concrete floor 6) no toiletries provided 7) finally when we were about to check out early in the morning no water supply in the tap Pls stay away from this property

It was my business trip and I found the property one of the good Hotels of Queens road. Rooms were spacious & well finished, maintained.Responsive house keeping staff. Supportive front desk staff, The quality of food was home style. However they can improve the variety of breakfast options and response time of the service. And no parking lot is another area of improvement of the property.
