Hotel Magnum

I can't even begin to describe how awful my stay at Hotel Magnum was. From the moment I walked into the room, I was disgusted. There were bed bugs, and the bedsheets had blood and urine stains. It was honestly unbelievable. On top of that, there was a foul urine smell in the room that made it unbearable to even stay inside. When we first checked in, the staff assured us that they had just replaced the sheets and blanket. However, that turned out to be a complete lie. The pillows had visible fungus growing on them. I was horrified. We immediately called housekeeping to change all the linens, thinking it was just a one-off issue, but even after they changed them, the sheets were still dirty, and the towels were grimy. This hotel is disgusting, and clearly doesn't care about cleanliness or guest comfort. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Please, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Worst experience ever, disgusting service, there was fungus inside all the pillows. We book 3 rooms, all of them had fungus, hair and stain all over the pillow and bedsheet and Whoever is trying to book this place. Due to this we got rashes all over our face. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. Im ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THIS

I thought that it would be clean because it has 4.3 rated hotel but it was below my expectations. It is not well maintained and there are not cleaning the bathroom and the bed the A.C remote is broken down. It is near a narrow road where it is very hard to go with a car .l kindly suggest you not to come here.

Nice and clean rooms, delicious food. Professional staff. The location is also really good. Overall Mr. Madhav ( the owner) is really helpful.

I had one of the worst experiences staying at this hotel. The rooms were very small, and the hygiene was unmentionable. I ordered food from the menu, and after 2 hours, there is no sign of my order. When I inquired, they told me to order my food online, and the staff became very rude. They ganged on me as I told them I don't want to stay in your hotel. They confiscated my drivers car key and asked me to pay for the room, or they won't give the key back. My wife and I are old age pensioners, and we couldn't do anything because the manager and the staff ganged up and made rude remarks. Reluctantly, I had no choice but to pay the charges to release the car and the driver. Never again I would recommend this hotel to my friend and family. Please beware and find another hotel. This was the worst experience I ever had with hotel magnum. Take heed before you book into this hotel.

1. Before booking in this hotel kindly search more near by this area, there are good hotels, hygienic, big rooms and toilets in cheaper prices. I myself went to each hotel to see for future bookings. 2. We booked a room for 3 people to stay and paid accordingly. When we reached here, the hotel is not providing us with a 3rd bed. We thought let's pay and get it done. The room size is so small that 3rd bed can't be fitted in it. Didn't expect this. Disgusting experience ever in life. I didn't get any refund. I paid extra amount at hotel to take bigger room (Deluxe room). 3. We didn't get basic things like towel, soap, drinking water etc. on arrival, after telling 2-3 times they gave a reason. We went out to roam the city and came back around 11.30 pm. We told them and went to please provide basic things that u provide to all rooms. Night at 12 am I went down, staff was laying and playing game on mobile, it was shocking seeing this. He was still laying down and telling me I will bring, I just said get up and bring now. Very bad experience from the staff.
