Hotel Unique

The room that I was provided was very dirty and mattress is in bad condition. Landline not working so for room service you have to call or go to reception, service was very slow.. and they charged extra for food that they will order from Zomato and will not gonna provide bill .it's better you take care of your meals.yes breakfast was free.

C Grade hotel. Extremely bad customer service, receptionist is rude and adamant. We had no water in the bathrooms, extremely dirty sheets and the bathroom was unusable. Air conditioners had no remotes and the staff did not care to send the remote even after multiple reminders. There is no parking available at this property. They have good ratings on booking.com as they cancel the booking at their end so that one can not provide real reviews.

Had very bad experience, the room was not clean at all, bedsheets were dirty, geyser was not working, the staff was not all interested in serving, and they charged 160 Rs. for juice of MRP price 100, they mentioned this is hotel price, will never visit this place ever again. Please think twice before entering the hotel,,😒. Instead Hotel Veenus which is very close to this hotel had experienced n mature staff and outstands in every way.

We booked the hotel online. When we reached hotel they were not ready to give us the room. They are asking for more money. We refused to give more, and then they were like no rooms are available for people who book online. Their attitude is such horrible. Poor service.

Hotel manager asked me to book the hotel online, when room was booked manager denied check-in and asked to call OYO and inform them that they offered less rate..When OYO interviewed into the matter, manager allowed check-in . Room was dirty, lousy and smelly, especially washroom was dirty and unhygienic. Washroom was choked. Avoid booking this hotel. There are many Good hotel nearby.

Very bad service, staff don't even know how to talk to the customer, don't even have cleaning no senatization no mask nothis was done by staff the reception person was a rood as hell. My suggestions is no one should book this unique hotel. Whitch is really very unique as the way they behaves.

Horrible experience. Rooms & Bathroom not clean. Bedsheets provided not washed & smelly. Non friendly staff. Bad service.
