I give it a 5 star as the hotel staff are really kind and when ever you want to order something you cal call them and order if you have ordered something they bring it up to your room the rooms are a luxury with provided ac and geyser etc I really liked this place as a tourist i was happy that there are markets just around the hotel so when you want to shop you can shop the golden temple is also not far and there are plenty of restrauntes to eat from.

Very clean and hygienic hotel. We felt very secured inside, it's great for families. All staff members are well mannered, especially Mahi, she was really lovely and behaved very sweetly with us. 😊 Plus the place is favourably near the golden temple and market, making it a quick and easy trip. We will definitely visit again when we come to Amritsar next time. 😊👍🏻

Last night I stay there and I feel very comfortable the was very polite helpful and always ready to assist with a smile .The room was clean and well maintained and the special thing I love most the manager of this hotel name karan sharma that is good person and have good behaviour..i recommend all to stay in hotel crown 👑
