I had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Amritsar! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel's amenities, including the restaurant, offered a great variety of food that was both delicious and well-presented. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality – the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Had a pathetic experience staying at Holiday Inn, Amritsar. We booked a room and called hotel that we will be doing a late check in. After arriving, they made us sit for 25-30 mins mentioning the room type we booked is not available and it will take long to clean and provide to us. Rather than apologizing and correcting their mistake they tried downgrading our stay to a smoking room and twin bed. Why one would choose a downgraded option despite paying higher charges for a King bed room. On top of that all the staff sitting at reception seem clueless on how to handle the situation. I had to ask like 10 times and push them at 2 o'clock in night to hurry up as we were damn tired but they took their sweet time to make our room ready and after 30 mins of delay, It wasn't cleaned properly, Room and bathroom floor had multiple stains. Had to ask housekeeping staff to clean again properly. Pathetic experience and incompetent reception staff. Housekeeping guy was still doing his job properly whatever was asked to him. Wont recommend it to anyone. Definitely not worth the money spent and ruining the brand name.

WORST HOTEL STAY Ever. DO NOT STAY HERE. Avoid this hotel at all costs – my valuables were stolen, and management couldn't care less! I stayed at this so-called "5-star" hotel for 3 days, and it turned into a nightmare. During my stay, several of my and my friends’ valuables worth 1/2L were stolen from my room by hotel cleaning staff – and this is confirmed by CCTV footage showing that no one else entered my room. The most shocking part? Senior management did absolutely nothing about it. When we raised the issue, they acted as though it was just a minor inconvenience, showing no urgency or concern over the theft. We were met with a casual, dismissive attitude, and when we threatened to go to the authorities, the response was an indifferent "Okay, sure." This is beyond unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. No accountability, no resolution, and a complete lack of professionalism. It's clear that they don't take guest safety or trust seriously. If you value your belongings and expect any level of proper customer service, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. A "5-star" hotel should not be a place where theft can occur with no consequence. I’ll never return, and I highly advise others to stay far away.

I recently had my stay in the hotel. It was exceptionally comfortable and peaceful. The staff were very warm and approachable. Whenever I travel to Amritsar, Holiday Inn has always been my first choice to stay over and undoubtedly never been disappointed. Thankyou for making my stay wonderful. Looking forward to more. Stayed this hotel for 2 nights for work. Went for the breakfast 2days in a row and was attended by staff name Ms Suman. She is incredibly nice and very patience. Good job Ms Suman. I hope to see you again on my next visit. All the best.

We had an exceptional 3nights stay at Holiday Inn. The rooms are quite spacious & well maintained but Housekeeping needs to pay special attention in cleaning the showers and sinks & also ensure to put enough towels(all sorts). Buffet breakfast is lavish and the staff is friendly and attentive. Try going early to get personalized service, once it gets crowded, it becomes a bit challenging for them as well. The location is about 25-30mins away from the airport as well as from the Golden temple. There is no shuttle like some other hotels so you have to rent a cab. The park across the hotel is amazing to get fresh oxygen and you can walk anytime during the day without feeling the heat as the walking path is covered by trees. Also the location is very close to some of the best eateries on Ranjit Avenue including street food. I didn’t explore their pool, gym or spa but overall a wonderful experience.

Wifi very slow (shud do something about it) Room dining service is awesome. Breakfast is amazing. Laundry service by Mr. Vanish super good. Love the service by mr vanish because he so friendly and can speak english very well. So easy for me to communicate with him. About other staff, maybe shud improve the customer service skill. Anyhow it’s a great hotel to stay with !
