SureStay Plus by Best Western Amritsar - Hotel near airport road amritsar

I recently visited Sure Stay Hotel for a family function, and overall, I was impressed with the hotel's ambiance. Being newly built, the decor and facilities were modern and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was also commendable – they were attentive, courteous, and ensured that our needs were met. However, the snacks served during the function were just average in terms of taste. While the presentation was good, the flavors didn't quite live up to my expectations. If the hotel could focus on enhancing their culinary offerings, it would elevate the overall experience and make it a truly successful venture. Despite this, the hotel's strengths in ambiance and service are notable. With a bit of fine-tuning in the food department, Sure Stay Hotel has the potential to become a top choice for events and gatherings.

We are happy with the hotel services. The staffs are polite and very helpful. Buffet breakfast can be improved for example quality of tea. Cappuccino was excellent. Thanks to Ravi’s hospitality, we enjoyed our breakfast. Hope the hotel cleanliness is maintained.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Special thanks to Ms. Radha, she is a very helpful and Friday nature.

The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommend others to visit Hotel SURE STAY PLUS BY BEST WESTERN RANJIT AVENUE, Staff service was very good and specially breakfast by Radha is too good The food is amazing and I would love to visit again whenever I'll got the chance Interior of the hotel will amaze your eyes...and if someone visits this hotel once will remember this throughout their lives because of its comfortable environment and amazing services

It is a good basic hotel. In April 2025, the any offer / discount rates around 2,500 to 3,000 should be fine. Anything more, you may find a better property. Their housekeeping service is strange. They do it if you ask for it. The staff is otherwise polite. There is a next door Starbucks and Halidram. The A block market is nearby with small garden. Ashoke Kulchewala is a recommended place to have lunch Kulchas (opens at 10 AM) and is very tasty and budget friendly. It's a 10 min walk from the hotel in an area with little traffic.

Room looks premium, all amenities present but soap & shampoo is very cheap quality, washroom is clean & less-hygienic, have some stains. Less varieties in breakfast buffet but food is tasty, ravi from restaurant is very quick to serve. quick room service, parking is in open. Hotel need some Morden renovation. overall nice experience as a couple. I recommend everybody to stay at this hotel.

So glad I chose this hotel rather than the any of the higher end hotels near the Amristar airport. The Surestay Hotel is located only 300 yards from the Golden Temple and less than 100 yards from the Jallianwalah Bagh, both venues of which I was extremely interested in visiting daily. It's also smack in the middle of an bustling marketplace for those that want to get their shopping in. The Surestay has many of the amenities of higher end hotels at a far cheaper price, including laundry service and a nice breakfast up on the top floor (a special mention to Deepak and Sandeep who provided excellent breakfast service). The taxi service they use is much simpler and just as cheap as soliciting taxis from the various travel agencies around the area. The room is nice, with a comfortable bed and ample hot water showers, which was greatly appreciated after experiencing some of the more austere facilities at various ashrams I had stayed at. There is really no downside to staying here. It seems they are often fully booked, so best to get your reservations in as early as possible.

We had a very comfortable stay at the SureStay Best Western. The hotel is on the pedestrian zone very close to the Golden Temple. Very clean, large rooms, and welcoming staff.|Reshma and Arshdeep in the front lobby, and Sandeep Singh in the restaurant deserve special mention.|Thank you!
