Backpacker's Nest Hotel

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, which made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made my experience special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a spotless, welcoming place to stay in India.

Nice experience....everthig is good ..staff is very supportive.... specially want to mention they help us very dearly to cook my toddlers foor in their kitchen...this gesture really touched a mother's heart !! Family friendly environment.... Just a small request please keep bathroom slippers in bathroom!!! Over all very nice place to stay in budget!!

We booked 1 family suite and 1 premium room for our short stay (2 days) in Amritsar. Before the booking, I explored many options. Still, as soon as I contacted Backpackers Nest, I immediately booked the available rooms because one of the Front Office guys, Mr. Arsh answered all my queries in such a polite and confident way which amazed me. After the booking, I got a call from Arsh that he received the booking details and guided me on how to reach their property. I was a bit early for the check-in but then the other front office guy, Mr. Maanav welcomed us with a great smile and provided the option to have early check-in by paying a reasonable amount. But, we just dropped our luggage and went for breakfast (a place recommended by Maanav to eat Amritsari Kulchas), and those were mouth licious:-P. Full marks to Backpackers Nest: - >100/100: Staff/Behavior/Client Management/Friendliness (A big shoutout to Arsh & Maanav) ->100/100: Location (Step out of the hotel and you are in the center of the walking street of Golden Temple) ->100/100: Ambience ->100/100: Price (Pocket Friendly) ->90/100: Cleanliness (Everything was good in terms of room cleanliness, and property cleanliness, but yes, the washroom needs attention)

Unclean rooms. No intercom. Poor room sound proofing, stray dogs keep barking through out night, same can be heard loudly though the door and windows are closed. Rude front office manager, ZERO Customer service, Water is not provided, you have to buy. Poor breakfast. Fresh towel is not given until you ask. No proper locks for the door.

I had an amazing experience here... The staff was incredibly very best especially Manav and Rajinder sir.. i would really like to recommend to stay at this hotel when you came to amritsar.. i hope everyone would like to stay here.. the best service provided by the hotel stafff .. me and my 2 of friends are very happy by the service. The beds and rooms are neat and clean. The staff has a good way to communicate and manage things.. i highly recommend this hotel...

Really rude staff, rooms are claustrophobic, they will show you a pic of another room and give other. Wont refund your advance payment, pls beware before making an advance payment. You’d expect that Amritsar might have nice people, NOPE.

Had the worst experience. Slowly these religious places have turned into commercialized SEZs operating to mint money from travellers. The rooms were not at all I sync with the images - extremely claustrophobic, dirty & dingy. The staff was rude to say the least - we weren't okay with the kind of rooms but were denied refund - even after calmly requesting for help, they rudely fought with us. Yes the name is "bagpacker" - pack your bags n leave this filthy place.

Had an best experience at this hotel with the most coperative and and well mannered staff. Really very happy with the experience. Good and neat and clean rooms . Great service thanks to the hotel members and staff
