Hotel Sagar Inn

We mistakenly came to this hotel today instead of the other sagar inn. The staff was so confused whether they have our booking or not and then asked us to pay. We paid and when we saw the room we understood that this is not the room we booked and that probably we as tourists came to the wrong google location. They just refunded 50% of the amount despite the fact that we never even entered their room. Claiming that they don't have a system to put in cancellation of on the spot booking. Is this fair ?

I stayed at this hotel recently and was quite disappointed with the service. The staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive to requests. Despite bringing up a few issues during my stay, nothing was resolved, and I felt like my concerns were ignored. Basic customer service—like acknowledging guests and addressing problems—was lacking. I expected a much better experience given the hotel's rating. I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and guest communication in the future.

The boys at the counter went over and above, helped loan me a charger overnight since I forgot mine on the bus ,and an escort to the golden temple. Beds were comfy. I paid $15 CAD for the night. I’d say it’s worth the price!

We arrived at the hotel after we had booked a room for two nights. The first thing we’re told is that someone else has our room, and we know can only stay for one night. We then argue with them and tell them that we’ve booked it for two nights and that’s what we want. We’re then offered two smaller rooms, but to a much higher price, to which we say no, as it is not our fault, that they have given our room to someone else. We end up cancelling our booking and going somewhere else, to which they just nodded. They didn’t really care at all. Don’t stay here!!

Hotel staff is not good .if by mistake guest forget something in room they are not return . I forget hear silver kda i call many time and whatsapp mag also but hotel staff ignored me .

Extremely small rooms with No space to keep/open luggage, smelly bedding, sheets, towels. No floor mat for washroom even after asking. Awkwardly designes toilet..

The worst experience ever. The hotel is dealing in collaboration with many known sites for booking. However, they cancel your booking without any prior notice. They have zero respect towards female safety. Purely business minded and cheating oriented place. They publish something else on the sites and provide you the lie and the worst. I would suggest not to consider the place even if it is the last option.

Such a bad Hotel. We had travelled recently. Dirty bedsheets n pillows. There were lot of stains on the bedsheets N they lied that the hotel Is at the distance of 5o m from Golden temple n in mail they hv mentioned this but they refused . If u always stays in gud hotels then don't go for this.
