Rooms were clean and comfortable but can be upgraded a bit more as we had lots of dead flies in the morning on the floor so may be that can be fixed. |Vasvi helped out in smooth Check in and check out and also suggested places to visit which was very helpful.|Hotel is centrally located; 15min by taxi from train Station, walkable distance for shopping area.|Roof top restaurant served fresh delicious Food cooked by Chef Harish. Restaurant staff is well trained and are very professional as they don't bother you much and are very polite, especially Chandni & Capt Gulzar.|Overall we had a comfortable stay.

Good hotel, delicious food. Hospitality is great but they need to work.on couple of things like Internet speed and kettle in room was not clean. Though, they cleaned it after we told them. Staff is really polite and helpful. Everything was good apart from that, highly recommended.

Despite telling the hotel staff for early check-in and same day checkout, they stranded us without a room for 4 hours in the lobby. We pleaded to them that we have a baby and still some couple who came after us were provided a room but not us.We regret booking a room here since we had already paid in full, we were left with no option. It was like we paid the room price for lobby stay. Despite asking them several times "how much time will it take ?" They kept saying 15 mins... I would have really appreciated their honesty....if they said that room can be given only after certain time....but they kept saying 15 mins since 12 pm. We had a bad experience

I had a great stay at the hotel. Staff is very polite and welcoming, specially Chandni and Gulzar. The chiefs, Harish and Rajat had prepared tasty food, and each dish had it's unique taste. I will definitely recommend this hotel without any second thoughts.

Our recent two-day stay at the hotel was thoroughly satisfactory, and we were particularly impressed with the services rendered. The premises were impeccably maintained, and the staff demonstrated exceptional cooperation. Specifically, Mr. Ujar, Chandni, and Sahil were consistently attentive and responsive to our needs. Openly i can say Amritara Sadka is not a 4 but a 5 star hotel based on rooms, services and the people. I have been to different places in Punjab but Amritara serves far better than any other. Each staff is eagerly waiting for any type of assistance we need. Just loved it … Thanks Amritara for this wonderful aervice.
