Hotel Puri Palace - Hotel Near Golden Temple

Spend one night before starting our journey. Horrible experience. Rooms are filthy, unhygienic, cockroaches infested in cupboards, bed side tables. Disgusting. Had to call staff to do pest control in the night.

It was a great experience to be at Puri Palace we lived there for 3 days during Diwali 2024. The room was very neat and clean and the hotel have its own parking area to park vehicle.

We came from Delhi and we found the worst hotel . It was our biggest mistake. There were so much insects inside the mattress and on the bed sheet and on the walls of room and on the loo walls and sheet pot too I don’t know why this hotel is still open . It should be sealed, Worst hotel of Punjab. Always check mattress before check in . AC is like 19s century.

Staff members were cordial. Lots of power failure. Hot water facility was ok. Normally you need to demand.

Worst Experience, no service, never ever suggest this to anyone. Beawar because no goods service, no room service, even complained hadn't been solved by manager.
