Hotel Sarpal Castle

Let me share my personal experience : 1. Owner of the hotel is really nice and deals with everyone professionally 2. Staff of the hotel is highly unprofessional bcoz they don't know how to serve tea or coffee in which cups (all cups broken from top and also cracks in cups) 3. Staff at reception are OK but they need more grooming in how to talk client when they come in 4. I would recommend you that you should go and see by ourself whether you want to stay there or not

Rooms are okay but the owner is illmannered . He doesn't have etiquettes to talk with the customers. He even misbehaves with his staff . I stayed in this hotel for roughly 3 days and after that I changed my hotel just because of his misbehaviour.

The rooms was too small for the amount we paid. The service is horroble with phone anf TV doesnt work. Anything we required we had to go to the reception and request peple to get things done. Food was too spicy and expensive. They charged us inflated bill which on arguing and validation was reduced. The person in the reception wouldnt even walk up to the main door and open it for us when we were checking out. Only advantage is that it is just opposite the station. We stayed for 5 hours as we took the early morning train to Delhi. Surely will not visit again.

I visited here with my wife and 5 year old son. I was given room 301. Rooms are not at all even ok. Insects all around bed. Spider webs around geyser. Geyser not working. TV connections not provided. Foot mat not provided outside washroom. Walls & Ceiling had moisture all around. Moisture smell prominent in room. Almirah door broken. Food was very bad. Rice served was long ago prepared, hard and dead ant over it. Food ordered was not freshly prepared. Fan regulator was broken.

Worst experience ever . The worst service. Staff and the manager are very rude . I got my blanket changed for 3 times still got the smelly one . No extra pillows provided if required and the ones you already have are useless. No management . Room service phone was not working instead of getting it chked 4 times . Every morning you hve to walk down to ask for Tea/coffee and to switch on the geaser. No towel soap / shampoo was provided. We booked a cab from the management they over charged us . And we were told the driver will take us to 3 points and v visited only 2 cz the museum we were suppose to visit was closed when we objected why didn't they tell us about the timings they responded " hme ky pta tha ki 6 bje bnd hojata h" . Being a tourist when you are arranging a cab and telling us the spots ki kitne bje kaha Jana h toh obviously you should know that . Overall the worst experience in all the aspects management, cleanliness, staff, misguiding the tourist, hygiene. I have always heard Amritsar has kind people but this experience has changed my thinking.

DISRESPECTFUL!! It was a really bad experience. The AC didn’t work The water Heater didn’t work, the sheets were not clean. Then I found out that they purposely turned it off and you should ask for it to be turned on and then you pay more to have these service. ALSO, They tell you if you can have your guests visit you or not!! This place is a Joke. Never again!!

All room is 10x10 ft. very small size. Bed is double size. So you can understand after keeping your luggage you can not move in the room. My recommend is not suitable for family man.
